 FEBRUARY 6, 2023
 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. THIS SITE WAS REQUIRED BY CONDITION OF APPROVAL
 THROUGH A CLASS B SPECIAL USE APPROVAL TO BRING THE
 LANDSCAPING ON SITE INTO COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPROVED
 LANDSCAPE PLANS. THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH A
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT 15040126 THAT ALLOWED UPDATING OF
 SPECIES TO PROVIDE A BETTER, SUSTAINABLE LANDSCAPE
 WHERE POSSIBLE. INVASIVE EXOTICS WERE REMOVED FROM THE
 SITE AND THE WATER RETENTION AREA CLEANED. FINAL
 INSPECTION WAS CONDUCTED ON 10/14/2016. THE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT PLAN SHOULD BE USED AS THE BASE FOR THE REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE AS THERE ARE MISSING TREES IN THE
 AREA SHOWN WITH THIS REQUEST.
  
 2. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THE SITE COMPLIES WITH
 SECTION 94-443 (D)(2)A. FOR THE NUMBER OF TREES
 REQUIRED FOR THE NUMBER OF UNITS PROVIDED. PROVIDE
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE ENTIRE SITE FOR REQUIRED TREES PER
 REQUIRED OPEN SPACE AND REQUIRED ADDITIONAL TREES FOR
 TOTAL UNITS THEN SHOW THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF TREES
 PROVIDED ON SITE.
  
 3. THE NEW PARKING PROPOSED SHOWS 18 FOOT LENGTH SPACES
 WITH A CURB. THE CURB MAY BE AT 16 FEET LENGTH WITH AN
 OVERHANG TO REDUCE THE PAVED AREA.
  
 4. THE TREE SHOWN TO REMAIN HAS THE PROPOSED CURB CLOSE
 TO THE BASE OF THE TREE. PROVIDE INFORMATION ON HOW THE
 TREE ROOT ZONE WOULD BE PROTECTED DURING CONSTRUCTION
 AND HOW THE LOCATION OF THE CURB WILL NOT HARM THE
 TREE.
