 THE ROADS SURROUNDING THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT. NOTE:
 EVEN THOUGH NO CHANGES TO ROADWAY AND SIDEWALK
 GEOMETRIES ARE PROPOSED, BOTH VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN
 MOVEMENTS MAY BE IMPACTED OR COULD BE IMPROVED. THUS,
