2022-11-29 11:47:491.) ACCORDING TO THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN (REFERENCE:
 FSPR 22-11), AN ACCESS EASEMENT CONNECTING TO THE
 EXISTING ALLEY AND BUTLER STREET IS SHOWN. THIS
 PROPOSED ACCESS EASEMENT MUST ALSO BE REFERENCED IN THE
 PLAT DOCUMENT.
  
 2.) THE PLAT DOCUMENT REFERENCES COUNTY APPROVALS (I.E.
 SIGNATURE BLOCKS, SEALS, ETC.). THESE APPROVALS ARE NOT
 APPLICABLE AND MUST BE CORRECTED IN THE PLAT.
  
 3.) THE CLERK AND CONTROLLER LISTED IN THE PLAT (I.E.
 SHARON BOCK) IS INCORRECT. THE CORRECT NAME OF THE
 CLERK AND COMPTROLLER IS JOSEPH ABRUZZO.
  
 4.) PLAT APPROVAL IS CONTINGENT UPON THE APPROVAL OF
 THE ALLEY ABANDONMENT. PLAT CANNOT MOVE FORWARD UNTIL
 THE ROW ABANDONMENT IS APPROVED.
  
 5.) THE MYLAR VERSION OF THE PLAT SHALL NOT BE PREPARED
 UNTIL CITY STAFF HAS INDICATED THAT IT IS ACCEPTABLE TO
 DO SO.
  
  
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESUBMITTAL:
  
 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF THREE
 (3) PAPER COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED 11 INCHES X 17 INCHES
 AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS AND DOCUMENTS.
  
 * ANY CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20 PERCENT OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
