 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1. SATISFIED. THE ONLY SPACES APPROVED WITH 12 SPACES
 IS THE 2 ROWS IN THE CENTER OF THE WEST PARKING AREA,
 AS THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS WERE INCREASED TO 10 FEET
 LANDSCAPE WIDTH. THERE ARE SEVERAL LOCATIONS WITH MORE
 THAN 10 PARKING SPACES IN A ROW THAT NEED TO BE
 CORRECTED TO MAXIMUM 10 SPACES. THIS WILL RESULT IN A
 CHANGE IN THE NUMBER OF LANDSCAPE ISLANDS FOR COMMENT
 #2.
  
 2. SATISFIED. SECTION 94-443(C)(3) REQUIRES THAT A
 MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF ALL TREES THAT ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE PLANTED WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF AN OFF STREET PARKING
 AREA SHALL BE CATEGORY 1 SHADE TREES. THERE ARE
 CURRENTLY 37 REQUIRED LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHOWN, OF WHICH
 ONE IS MISSING A TREE AND THERE ARE MORE THAN 25%
 NON-CATEGORY 1 TREES. THE CHART IN THE LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS ON SHEET L-43 LABELED PARKING LOT
 LANDSCAPE AREA IS NOT CORRECT AND NEEDS TO BE REVISED
 TO REFLECT THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF REQUIRED LANDSCAPE
 TERMINAL AND INTERIOR ISLANDS SHOWN ON THE PLAN AND THE
 75% REQUIREMENT SHOWN.
  
 3. SATISFIED. THE CHART ON SHEET L-43 REGARDING THE
 CALCULATIONS FOR THE LANDSCAPE AREA WITHIN THE PARKING
 NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED TO REMOVE THE TREE AND SHRUB
 CALCULATIONS BASED ON SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 4. SATISFIED. CORRECT THE NOTE ON SHEET L-46 TO READ
 ROOT BARRIER IS REQUIRED TO BE 5 FEET FROM ANY UTILITY
 LINE PER WPB STANDARDS.
