 5. ARE THERE CURBS OR ELEMENTS PROTECTING THE LANDSCAPE
 AREAS THAT ARE LOCATED ADJACENT TO CURB CUTS,
 DRIVEWAY/GARAGE ACCESS, DROP-OFFS OR ON-STREET PARKING?
 NOTABLE EXAMPLE IS THE DROP-OFF FOR ESPERANTE ON CHASE
 FRONTAGE, LANDSCAPE AREA MAY BE IMPACTED BY VEHICULAR
 CIRCULATION OR WIDE TURNS.

 1. ON THE STANDALONE GARAGE (WEST SIDE OF CHASE ST.):
 A. MOVE THE STREETLIGHT TO THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPE
 STRIP/BED.
 B. MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED 3FT. CLEAR PATH FOR ADA.
 C. ADDITION OF A CHANNELIZED ISLAND CURB OR DIRECTIONAL
 CURB IN FRONT OF GARAGE INGRESS/EGRESS
 2. FOR ALL CROSSINGS ON OKEECHOBEE/LAKEVIEW AND CHASE
 ST. PLEASE CONSIDER THERMAL PLASTIC PAVER PATTERN
 (UNLESS FDOT GIVES PERMISSION FOR REAL PAVERS AS SHOWN)
 3. ON THE MAIN BUILDING OF PHILLIPS POINT ON THE
 OKEECHOBEE FRONTAGE WHERE THE EXISTING DROP-OFF IS:
 A. PLEASE ADD BOLLARDS OR EXTEND LANDSCAPE STRIP TO
 RESTRICT PARKING ON THE SIDEWALK AREA SURROUNDING THE
 DROP-OFF (SEE ATTACHED IMAGE).
 B. EXTEND SIDEWALK PAVERS/HARDSCAPE TO THE DRIVEWAY

 LANDSCAPE AND PAVING ACCORDINGLY.
 4. ALL PEDESTRIAN CROSSINGS ALONG CHASE ST. AND ACROSS
 TRINITY PL. NEED TO BE PERPENDICULAR/INTERSECT AT RIGHT
 ANGLES.
 A. PLEASE WIDEN THE LANDING ON THE NORTH-EAST CORNER OF
 THE STANDALONE PHILLIPS POINT GARAGE (WHERE THE SIGN
 AND STEPS ARE) FOR THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING OVER CHASE
 ST. THIS WILL HELP ACCOMMODATE A MORE PERPENDICULAR
 CROSSING.
 5. PLEASE INCLUDE STOP SIGNS AND STOP BARS ON THE
 PHILIPS POINT GARAGE THAT FACES CHASE ST.
 6. ON LAKEVIEW FRONTAGE, PLEASE ADD SHADE TREES BETWEEN

 1. PLEASE INCLUDE THE PLANTING OF SHADE TREES (REMOVE
 PALMS OR INCORPORATE SHADE TREES IN-BETWEEN) ALONG THE
 TRINITY PARK ??? CHASE ST. STREET FRONTAGE.
 2. REDUCE THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND AT THE INTERSECTION OF
 CHASE ST. & FLAGLER DR. TO NARROW THE TRAVEL LANE TO A
 12??? AND TO SHIFT THE RIGHT-TURN ONLY LANE SLIGHTLY
 NORTH. PLEASE PROVIDE A CONTINUOUS 4??? LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER THAT WRAPS AROUND CORNER OF THE RIGHT-TURN ONTO
 FLAGLER DR., WHILE MAINTAINING THE 8??? CLEAR SIDEWALK.
 3. AT THE PROPOSED CROSSINGS ADJACENT TO THE ON-STREET
 PARKING, PLEASE INCLUDE SHADE TREES RATHER THAN THE

 1. PLEASE INCLUDE A STOP-BAR ON THE ESPERANTE DRIVEWAYS
 ON BOTH OKEECHOBEE AND LAKEVIEW
 2. PLEASE INCLUDE A MOUNTABLE CURB (CHANNELIZED ISLAND)
 SEPARATING INGRESS/EGRESS LANES AND PROVIDING
 PEDESTRIAN REFUGE ON THE ESPERANTE DRIVEWAYS ON BOTH
 OKEECHOBEE AND LAKEVIEW.
 3. PLEASE INCLUDE SIGNAGE FOR ???NO PARKING??? OR THAT
 PROHIBITS THE IDLE OF CARS IN FRONT OF THE STAIRCASE
 AND ADA RAMP AT THE INGRESS LANE OF THE ESPERANTE
 DRIVEWAY ALONG OKEECHOBEE.
 4. PLEASE REMOVE THE BASE PLANTING ALONG THE ESPERANTE
 BUILDING ON BOTH THE LAKEVIEW AND OKEECHOBEE FRONTAGES
 AS THIS LIMITS THE CLEAR PATH OF THE SIDEWALK.
 LANDSCAPING OR BASE PLANTINGS CAN BE LOCATED IN-BETWEEN
 THE COLUMNS BUT NOT INTO THE SIDEWALK.
 5. ON THE OLIVE-LAKEVIEW, AND OLIVE-OKEECHOBEE
 FRONTAGES, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE ADA APRON AND
 CROSSINGS ARE COMPLIANT.
 6. ON THE DEMOLITION PLAN C2.01 ??? THERE IS AN
 EXISTING BENCH ON THE SIDE OF THE BUS SHELTER WITH A
 LABEL TO ???REMAIN???. ON LANDSCAPE PLAN LP-2 SAME
 LABEL IS SAYING THERE IS A BIKE RACK, PLEASE ADJUST
 LABELS TO EXISTING BENCH. SINCE THE BUS-SHELTER ALREADY
 PROVIDES A BENCH WITH OVERHEAD COVER, PLEASE REMOVE AND
 LOCATE A NEW BIKE RACK TO THE SOUTH SIDE. ENSURE THE
 LOCATION OF THE NEW BIKE RACK IS NOT IMPEDING RIDERS OR
 PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION.
 7. PLEASE INCLUDE THE ADDITION OF SHADE TREES BETWEEN
 THE EXISTING PALMS ON ALL FRONTAGES.
 8. LIGHT FIXTURES ON OLIVE AVE. SHOULD MATCH THE
 EXISTING FIXTURES OF THE DOWNTOWN AND OTHER SIDE OF
 STREET. LUMEC S55 LED FIXTURE WITH 7-PIN PC RECEPTACLE.
