 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM
 THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY MAY 28, 2023), THE
 PLANNING DIVISION MAY NOTIFY THE APPLICANT THAT THE
 CASE IS CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL
 REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 ADDRESS THE COMMENTS FROM THE MARCH 10, 2023 PLAT
 REVIEW LETTER ISSUED BY VINCE NOEL, ENGINEERING LAND
 DEVELOPMENT MANAGER.
  
 1. THE 80 FOOT ROADWAY WAS PREVIOUSLY DETERMINED TO BE
 MAINTAINED BY DEVELOPER.
 2. THE ONLY PUBLIC OPEN SPACE TO BE DEDICATED IS
 HIGHLIGHTED ON THE ATTACHED LANDSCAPE PLAN, SHEET L1.02
 AND NEEDS TO BE DIMENSIONED.
 3. NEW PINEWOOD AVE. NEEDS TO BE SHOWN AND ACCESS
 EASEMENT DEDICATED. WE AGREE TO ANY OTHER EASEMENTS BY
