 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. PROVIDE INFORMATION IN AN
 ARBORISTS REPORT RATING THE CONDITION FOR EACH OF THE
 TREES AND PALMS ON SITE AND ADD THE CONDITION IN A
 COLUMN ON THE TREE DISPOSITION LIST. ANSI A 300 (PART
 5) STANDARDS SPECIFY EXAMPLES OF CONDITION RATINGS OF
 GOOD, FAIR, OR POOR. ALL DATA ON EACH TREE MUST BE
 PROVIDED WITH ACCURATE CANOPY DIAMETERS FOR EACH TREE.
 RELOCATION ASSESSMENT HAS BEEN PROVIDED, BUT THIS IS
 NOT AN ARBORISTS REPORT ON THE DATA NEEDED FOR THE
 TREES ON SITE.
 1/13/23 APPLICANT HAS INDICATED THE REPORT WILL BE
 SUBMITTED LATER.
 4/19/2023 UPDATED ARBORIST REPORT HAS NOT BEEN
 PROVIDED.
 5/25/23 ARBORIST REPORT NEEDS TO EXPLAIN THE RATINGS OF
 EACH NATIVE TREE PROPOSED FOR REMOVAL THAT IS NOT IN
 GOOD CONDITION. ALL NATIVE TREES IN GOOD CONDITION MUST
 BE PRESERVED OR RELOCATED OR THE ARBORIST REPORT MUST
 PROVIDE WHY THESE TREES CANNOT BE RELOCATED.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PROVIDE A DETAIL AND NARRATIVE FOR
 INSTALLATION OF TREE PROTECTION BARRIERS FOR THE TREES
 TO REMAIN DURING CONSTRUCTION. THERE WILL BE AN EXTREME
 LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY TO PROTECT THE REMAINING TREES
 DURING CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING AND POSSIBLE FILL
 FROM ANY ELEVATION DIFFERENCE FOR THE FINISHED FLOOR
 LEVEL.
 1/13/23 PROVIDE NARRATIVE FOR HOW TREES WILL BE
 PROTECTED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
  
 3. SATISFIED. SHEET LP-1 SHOWS A DEFICIT IN TREE CANOPY
 MITIGATION. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS IF PAYMENT IN LIEU IS
 CHOSEN.
 1/13/23 CURRENT VALUE OF CATEGORY 1 TREE PROVIDING 300
 SQ FT OF CREDIT FOR MITIGATION IS $500.00
  
 4. SATISFIED. UPDATE THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE
 DESIGN OPTIONS CHART TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS:
 ??? GROUNDCOVER SHOWN HAS NO NATIVE SPECIES, SO DESIGN
 OPTION (3)(D) CANNOT BE TAKEN.
  
 5. SATISFIED. REVISE THE PLANT LIST TO ALIGN THE
 COLUMNS FOR FLORIDA NATIVE PLANTS AND FOR DROUGHT
 TOLERANCE LEVEL FOR EACH SPECIES FOR CLARITY.
  
 6. SATISFIED. FILL IN NON-NATIVE COLUMN FOR
 BOUGAINVILLEA AND CAT PALM.
  
 7. SATISFIED. CORRECT THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS CHART
 AND THE PLAN TO SHOW THE 15 FOOT REQUIRED BUFFER ALONG
 AUSTRALIAN AVENUE PROPERTY LINE SEGMENT AS A SEPARATE
 LINE ON THE CHART. SEE COMMENT #10.
  
 8. SATISFIED. PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 VALVES AND EQUIPMENT.
  
 9. SATISFIED. SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF ALL SITE LIGHTING
 ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND RESOLVE ANY CONFLICTS WITH
 TREES.

 RESOLUTION NO. 16-21:
  
 10. SATISFIED. PER EXHIBIT F, THE WEST PROPERTY LINE
 ALONG AUSTRALIAN AVE. REQUIRES A BUFFER WITH A MINIMUM
 AVERAGE WIDTH OF 15 FEET.
  
 11. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. PER EXHIBIT F, APPROVAL FROM
 THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD MUST BE PROVIDED FOR THE
 LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION PROPOSED WHEN FINAL PLANS HAVE

 14. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. SHOW LOCATION OF PUMP
 EQUIPMENT AND SOURCE FOR THE IRRIGATION SYSTEM TO MEET
 CONDITION #11 REQUIRING USE OF SURFACE WATER FROM
 LAKES.
 1/13/23 THIS IS REQUIRED FOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL.
 4/19/23 SHOW LOCATION OF SOURCE FOR THE IRRIGATION
 SYSTEM.
 5/25/23 MAKE CORRECTIONS TO THIS SPECIFIC LANDSCAPE
 NOTE REFERRING TO THE LATEST RESOLUTION (16-21) AND THE
 CORRECT SECTION (7).
  
 15. SATISFIED. VERIFY CONDITION #12 IS MET FOR ALL
 REQUIREMENTS FOR NATIVE VEGETATION INCLUDING AT LEAST
 50 PERCENT OF THE TREES BEING NATIVE SPECIES ADAPTED TO
 SOIL CONDITIONS ON SITE.
  
  
 CONDITION OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
