 DELETED.
  
 6. [SATISFIED] IF DUMPSTER DRIVEWAY CAN REMAIN, REPLACE
 TYPE F CURB AND GUTTER WITH DROP CURB ACROSS THE
 DRIVEWAY. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: SHOW THE PROPOSED
 IMPROVEMENTS/CHANGES WITHIN THE PARK PARCEL TO
 ACCOMMODATE THIS PROJECT.
  
 7. [SATISFIED] SHOW AND LABEL UTILITIES (SIZE,
 MATERIAL) ON THE ENGINEERING PLANS. SHOW ON THE GRADING
 AND DRAINAGE PLAN.

 12. [NOT SATISFIED] REVIEW THE PLACEMENT OF THE TRENCH
 DRAIN ACROSS THE DRIVEWAY AT THE BACK OF SIDEWALK. IT
 IS SHOWN AT A HIGH POINT OF THE DRIVEWAY CROSS SECTION.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENT: THE FLOODING WILL NOT GET HIGHER
 THAN ELEVATION 15.0 FT NAVD BEFORE OVERFLOWING TO
 ADJACENT PROPERTIES. IF WATER IS FLOWING OUT OF THE
 TRENCH DRAIN, THEN THE BUILDING WILL LIKELY BE FLOODED
 BECAUSE THE FFE IS LOWER THAN THE ELEVATION OF THE
 TRENCH DRAIN.
  
 13. [SATISFIED] DRIVEWAY APRON TO BE CONCRETE WITHIN
 THE S. DIXIE RIGHT OF WAY UNLESS FDOT APPROVES ASPHALT.
  
 14. [SATISFIED] SHOW THE REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING
 DRIVEWAYS AND DROP CURB WITH TYPE F CURB AND GUTTER AND
 CONCRETE SIDEWALK AT MAX. 2% CROSS SLOPE.

 POLE UNLESS THE POLE AND HAND HOLES CAN BE LOCATED

 NORTH OF THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY (AND WITHIN THE PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY) WILL BE LOCATED. TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE
 TREE CANOPY.

 THE WATER SERVICE LINE SO CLOSE TO THE EXISTING TREES
 MAY LEAVE THE TREES UNSTABLE AFTER THE ROOTS ARE
