 PARKING. IT WAS STAFFS UNDERSTANDING THAT ALL NEW
 PARKING FACILTIES WOULD BE CONTAINED WITHIN THW NC
 PROTION OF THIS PROPERTY. NOTE THAT PLACING NEW OFF
 SITE PARKING FACILITES WOULD REQUIRED A CLASS B SPECIAL
 USE PERMIT.

 THERE IS A PORTION OF CONCRETE BETWEEN THE TWO ADA
 SPACES THAT WOULD NOT ALLOW THE SPACES TO BE STRIPED AS
 REQUIRED BY CODE. PLEASE SHOW THAT THESE PARKING SPACES
 ARE STRIPED APPROPRIATELY.
