 1) IN THE TRAFFIC STUDY, PLEASE REVISE ATTACHMENT 3,
 DRIVEWAY VOLUMES, TO SHOWCASE THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF
 FUTURE TRIPS ENTERING/EXITING THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
 (DO NOT APPLY EXISTING/PREVIOUS OR PASS-BY TRIPS
 DISCOUNT). ALSO REVISE THE TABLE IN SP-1 WITH SUCH
 VALUES.
 2) PROVIDE A HORIZONTAL CONTROL SITE PLAN FOR THE
 GROUND FLOOR. SHOWCASING TRANSPORTATION RELATED
 FEATURES (E.G. ROADWAY WIDTHS, DRIVING AISLES, PARKING
 STALLS, SIDEWALK, CURB, GUTTER, DRIVEWAY, GATES,
 CROSSWALKS, VISIBILITY TRIANGLE, CORNER & DRIVEWAY
 SEPARATION DISTANCES, SLOPES, ETC.) PROPERLY LABELED
 AND DIMENSIONED
 3) PROVIDE A SIGNAGE AND PAVEMENT MARKING PLAN OR
 INSERT SUCH ELEMENTS IN THE HORIZONTAL CONTROL SITE
 PLAN. INCLUSIVE OF ALL FEATURES WITHIN THE PROPOSED
 DEVELOPMENT AND ALONG ALL ROADS FRONTING THE SITE.
 4) PROVIDE AUTOTURN ANALYSIS FOR GARBAGE TRUCK AND/OR
 SERVICE VEHICLES DRIVING IN AND OUT OF THE PROPOSED
 DEVELOPMENT WITH VEHICLE DYNAMIC ENVELOPES AND WHEEL
 PATHS CLEARLY DISTINCT AND DEFINED IN DIFFERENT COLORS
 5) PROVIDE A PARKING TABLE SHOWCASING THE NUMBER OF
 REQUIRED AND PROVIDED PARKING SPACES, INCLUSIVE OF ADA
 AND BICYCLE ONES
 6) PROVIDE DRIVE AISLE DIMENSION
 7) INSTALL A STOP BAR AND SIGN AT THE DRIVEWAY EXIT
 LANE ON DIXIE
 8) ARE THERE ANY GATES PROPOSED? IF SO, CLEARLY
 SHOWCASE THE REQUIRED 20 FEET SETBACK DISTANCE FROM THE
 BACK OF THE SIDEWALK OR CURB
 9) IS VALET SERVICE PROPOSED? IF SO, PROVIDE A VALET
 OPERATIONAL ANALYSIS. NOTE: LIFTS CANNOT BE OPERATED BY
 RESTAURANT CUSTOMERS
 10) ARE THERE ANY BUS STOPS BEING IMPACTED?
 11) PROVIDE A CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT PLAN. PLEASE
 REFER TO CITY CODE 86-246 FOR DETAILS.
 12) DRIVEWAYS MODIFICATION AND RESTRIPING ALONG DIXIE
 HIGHWAY WOULD NEED FDOT D4 REVIEW AND APPROVAL. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE CORRESPONDING LETTERS OF APPROVAL
 13) THE VERY LAST CAR LIFT ON THE WESTERN SIDE OF THE
 PARKING LOT IS TOO CLOSE TO THE END-CURB, PLEASE
 RELOCATE OR REMOVE IT ACCORDINGLY
 14) CLEARLY DESIGNATE AND MARK WITH CHEVRON STRIPES THE
 TURN-AROUND SPACE AT THE END OF THE PARKING LOT
 15) THE DUMPSTER IS BEING ACCESSED/SERVICED THROUGH
 ANOTHER PROPERTY. PLEASE PROVIDE OWNER CONSENT
