| | 1.) SITE PLAN MUST CLEARLY SHOW THE PROJECTION LINES |
| | SHOWING THE PROPERTY DIVIDED INTO THIRDS AS EXTENDED |
| | INTO THE WATERWAY. ALL COMPONENTS, INCLUDING THE DOCK |
| | AND ALL MOORING-RELATED FACILITIES (I.E. BOATLIFTS, |
| | PILINGS, ETC.) SHALL BE LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE ONE-THIRD |
| | OF THE LOT AS EXTENDED INTO THE WATERWAY. THE SITE PLAN |
| | MUST EXTRACT THIS INFORMATION FROM THE SIGNED AND |
| | SEALED SURVEY AND SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED |
| | DOCK AND ASSOCIATED MOORING-RELATED FACILITIES WITHIN |
| | THE MIDDLE THIRD. |

| | 2.) AS NOTED IN THE JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT, THE |
| | APPLICANT IS ONLY SEEKING ONE WAIVER (LENGTH OF THE |
| | DOCK) IN THE CLASS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION; |
| | HOWEVER, THE SITE PLAN MUST DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH |
| | THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS) TO |
| | VERIFY THAT ADDITIONAL WAIVERS ARE NOT NECESSARY. THE |
| | LOCATION OF THE BOATLIFTS ARE QUESTIONABLE AT THIS |
| | TIME. |

| | 3.) IS THERE A COMPREHENSIVE SEA GRASS STUDY AND DEPTH |
| | ANALYSIS TO SUPPORT THE WAIVER REQUEST FOR THE |
| | EXTENSION? THE SEAGRASS AND DEPTH ARE NOTED IN THE |
| | JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT AS THE REASONS FOR THE CLASS A. |

| | 4.) COMPLETE ENGINEERING PLANS ARE REQUIRED (NOT |
| | EXCERPTS). |

| | 5.) PROVIDE SUPPORT LETTERS FROM THE ADJACENT NEIGHBORS |
| | TO THE NORTH AND SOUTH. SUPPORT FROM THE IMMEDIATE |

| | PROPOSED DOCK IS CRITICAL AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS A |
