 1. PLEASE NOTE THE SITE PLAN PROPOSES 29 PARKING
 SPACES, AND PARKING TABLE NOTES THERE ARE 33 PROPOSED
 PARKING SPACES. NOTE: 23 PARKING SPACES ARE REQUIRED,
 AND 2 ADA PARKING SPACES ARE REQUIRED (AS PROVIDED) FOR
 THE 29 PROPOSED PARKING SPACES.
 2. DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE WILL REQUIRE WALLS TO BE
 LANDSCAPED WITH HEDGE AND SHRUBS AT 2 FEET INTERVALS,
 PER SECTION 94-315(A)
 3. PLEASE NOTE FOR MANMADE RETENTION
 LAKES/PONDS/STRUCTURES IN A CON ZONING DISTRICT IS
 PERMITTED WITH EXTRA REQUIREMENTS PER STATED IN THE
 ZONING CODE SECTION 94-273(E)(41):
 1. PROOF OF SUCH PERMITS AS ARE REQUIRED BY LOCAL,
 STATE, OR ANY OTHER APPLICABLE AUTHORITIES.
 2. A 20-FOOT WIDE MAINTENANCE EASEMENT SHALL BE THE
 PERIMETER OF ALL ARTIFICIAL LAKES AND PONDS. THE
 EASEMENT SHALL HAVE A MAXIMUM SLOPE OF ONE FOOT
 VERTICAL FOR EACH EIGHT FEET HORIZONTAL. THE WIDTH OF
 THE EASEMENT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM THE HIGH WATER
 ELEVATION OF THE LAKE OR POND.
 3. THE MAXIMUM SLOPE OF SUBAQUEOUS AREAS SHALL BE 1:4
 FROM THE HIGH WATER ELEVATION TO A DEPTH OF TWO FEET
 BELOW THE LOW WATER ELEVATION. THE MAXIMUM SLOPE OF
 SUBAQUEOUS AREAS SHALL BE 1:2 BELOW A DEPTH OF TWO FEET
 BELOW THE LOW WATER ELEVATION.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF THREE
 (3) PAPER COPIES AND DIGITAL PLANS IN .PNG/.PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL THE PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 -PLEASE NOTE THAT IS THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS/REVIEW COMMENT
 WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC
 MEETING/COMMENT ISSUANCE (BY **), THE PLANNING DIVISION
 MAY NOTIFY THE APPLICANT THAT THE CASE IS CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 -PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE, SUCH FEE
