 DIMENSIONS FOR STANDARD PARKING STALLS ARE 8FT6 X 22FT.
 OFF-STREET PARKING IS SHOWN ON PLANS MEASURING 8FT X
 20FT. UPDATE ALL PLANS TO REFLECT THE CORRECT
 DIMENSIONS.
  
 4. DEMONSTRATE LOCATION OF PUBLIC ART ON SITE PLAN AND
 LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 5. THE NUMBER OF ACCESS POINTS TO STREETS IS LIMITED TO
 ONE PER SECTION 94-312(A), FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS
 OF 3 TO 75 UNITS.
  
 6. SUBMIT A SUBDIVISION (MAJOR - PLAT/REPLAT)
 APPLICATION.
  
 7. UPDATE TITLE BLOCK TO REMOVE "TOWNHOUSES" AND
 INCLUDE "APARTMENTS."
