2023-07-13 08:06:38THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS FROM THE CENTERLINE OF THE
 RIGHT OF WAY AND FROM PROPERTY LINES TO THE FACE OF THE
 BUILDING AT EACH PROPERTY LINE. SHOW GRADE BREAKS, FLOW
 ARROWS, ETC. LABEL AND DIMENSION SURFACE FEATURES (CURB
 AND GUTTER, SIDEWALK, BUILDING, LANDSCAPE STRIPS,
 ETC.). PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FROM PROPERTY LINE TO EDGE OF
 PAVEMENT, BACK OF CURB, BACK OF SIDEWALK, FACE OF
 BUILDING.
  
 2. PROVIDE CROSS SECTION AT EACH DRIVEWAY. SHOW GRADE
 BREAKS, FLOW ARROWS, ETC. LABEL AND DIMENSION SURFACE
 FEATURES (CURB AND GUTTER, SIDEWALK, BUILDING,
 LANDSCAPE STRIPS, ETC.). PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FROM R/W TO
 EDGE OF PAVEMENT, BACK OF GUTTER, BACK OF SIDEWALK,
 FACE OF BUILDING. LABEL THE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 3. PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION FOR THE DRIVEWAY AISLE
 BETWEEN THE BUILDINGS. LABEL TYPICAL CROSS SLOPES. WAS
 AN INVERTED CROWN CROSS SECTION CONSIDERED TO MOVE THE
 DRAINAGE STRUCTURES FURTHER AWAY FROM THE GARAGE
 ENTRANCES AND TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF DRAINAGE
 STRUCTURES?
  
 4. THERE APPEARS TO BE AN EAST WEST SLOPE ALONG THE
 DRIVE AISLE (BETWEEN THE BUILDINGS) IN EXCESS OF 2
 PERCENT. THE CROSS SLOPE OF ANY PEDESTRIAN PATHS IN THE
 NORTH SOUTH DIRECTION WITHIN THIS AREA WILL NEED TO BE
 CHECKED TO SEE THAT IT DOES NOT EXCEED 2%.
  
 5. CREATE SWALES ALONG THE BACK OF SIDEWALK TO PREVENT
 DIRECT RUNOFF ONTO THE SIDEWALK.
  
 6. CREATE SWALES ALONG THE PROPERTY LINES TO PREVENT
 RUNOFF FROM FLOWING ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
  
 7. LABEL EXISTING UTILITIES (SIZE, MATERIAL) WITH THE
 RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 8. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT DOES NOT ALLOW CONFLICT
 STRUCTURES BETWEEN WATER MAINS AND DRAINAGE STRUCTURES.
 ADJUST THE ALIGNMENT OF THE PROPOSED FIRE LINE TO AVOID
 DRAINAGE STRUCTURE S-107.
  
 9. CONSIDER THE USE OF PERVIOUS PAVERS TO REDUCE THE
 AMOUNT OF STORMWATER RUNOFF.
  
 10. SHOW THE UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
 COORDINATE PLACEMENT OF TREES TO AVOID UTILITIES.
  
 11. SHOW MILL AND RESURFACING LIMITS WITHIN THE RIGHT
 OF WAY FOR THE PAVEMENT TRENCH CUTS.
  
 12. THE CURBING AROUND THE BULBOUTS ON EITHER END OF
 THE ON-STREET PARKING APPEAR TO BE FURTHER THAN THE
 EXISTING TYPE F CURB AND GUTTER.
  
 13. SHOW THE EXISTING CURB AND GUTTER AT THE WEST AND
 EAST END OF THE DEVELOPMENT AND HOW THE PROPOSED CURB
 AND GUTTER WILL TIE IN.
  
 14. PROVIDE DROP CURB AT THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ON
 STREET PARKING SPACES OR TYPE F CURB AND GUTTER AT THE
 BACK OF THE ON STREET PARKING SPACES. DESIGN THE SLOPE
 OF THE GUTTER TO FLOW TO EXISTING DRAINAGE STRUCTURES.
  
 15. DRIVEWAY APRONS TO BE CONCRETE WITHIN THE RIGHT OF
 WAY.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
  
 1. DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD ERP
 CRITERIA. STORMWATER CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED WITH
 THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL. THE TRENCH DRAINS ALL
 APPEAR TO BE INTERCONNECTED SO THE DRAINAGE STRUCTURE
 WITH THE LOWEST RIM ELEVATION WILL DRIVE THE VALUE OF
 H2 IN THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH EQUATION.
  
 2. PROVIDE COPY OF SFWMD ERP AND FDEP NPDES
 CONSTRUCTION PERMIT BEFORE START OF CONSTRUCTION.
  
 3. PROVIDE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
