 LARGE METERS.
  
 -PLUMBING SHOWN GOING THROUGH POSSIBLE POOL.
  
 -ARE ANY FDC NEEDED OR REQUIRED? IF SO, SHOW AND LABEL
 ON PLANS.
  
 -LABEL ON PLANS WHAT IS HAPPENING TO DO NOT PARK SIGNS
 NEAR NORTHEAST AREA OF PROPERTY.
  
 -ADD WATER AND SEWER DEMAND CALCS ON WATER AND
 WASTEWATER PLAN.

 PICTURES SHOW OVERHEAD UTILITIES. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO
 THEM? ALSO ARE THERE ANY EXISTING UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR
 THOSE?
  
 -SHOW REMOVAL OF EXISTING SEWER LATERALS AND CLEANOUTS
 NEAR NORTH PROPERTY LINE AND RIGHT OF WAY ON WASTEWATER
