| | LOTS REQUIRING ROOT BARRIER THAT CUTS OFF MOST OF THE |
| | POSSIBLE ROOT ZONE AREA. LINES MUST BE ADJUSTED TO |
| | AVOID CONFLICTS WITH APPROVED TREES. |

| | 9. WATER AND FIRE LINES SHOW THE SAME ISSUES OF |
| | CONFLICTS WITH TREES IN SOME LOCATIONS. IF THE CIVIL |

| | 13. STAFF SUGGESTS THAT THE SHADE TREES FOR THE |
| | SIDEWALK BE PROVIDED ON THE COMMON AREA ADJACENT TO THE |
| | SIDEWALK AND NOT IN THE PARKWAY AS IT IS TOO NARROW TO |
| | SUPPORT A SHADE TREE. THE SILVER BUTTONWOOD TREES ARE |
| | OF A SIZE THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH STREET AND SIDEWALK |
| | TRAFFIC. |
| | 14. SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF OFFSITE TREE CANOPY WITHIN 10 |
| | FEET OF THE PROPERTY LINE AND COORDINATE LOCATIONS OF |
| | PROPOSED TREES TO AVOID CONFLICT. |

| | CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL |
| | 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON |
| | THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE |
| | SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT |
| | SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION. |

| | 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE |
| | RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE |
| | RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH |
| | THIS PETITION. |

| | 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE |
| | RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF |
| | WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A |
