 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. PROVIDE A TREE SURVEY AND TREE
 DISPOSITION PLAN. PROVIDE THE INDIVIDUAL AND TOTAL
 CANOPY MITIGATION DUE FOR ALL PROPOSED REMOVALS. TREES
 PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED WITH A CANOPY DIAMETER OF 20
 FEET OR MORE SHOULD HAVE THE MITIGATION SQUARE FOOTAGE
 CALCULATED BASED ON THE ACTUAL DIAMETER. TREES LESS
 THAN 20 FEET CANOPY DIAMETER AND PALMS SHOULD SHOW THE
 CATEGORY MITIGATION DUE.
 TREE CANOPY CALCULATIONS ARE MISSING FROM SHEET TD-1.

 IMPROVEMENT VALUE AS INDICATED BY THE PALM BEACH COUNTY
 PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE. EXISTING SIDEWALK FOR THIS
 PROJECT IS TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH THE REQUIRED
 NEW STREET TREES, SIDEWALK, PLANTING BEDS AND
 STRUCTURAL SOIL.

 AND SEPARATE PLANT LIST FOR EACH OPEN SPACE AREA
 PROVIDED FOR REFERENCE TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN
 SPACE TYPE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 10. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE
 DESIGN OPTIONS CHART SECTION 94-446 (G) AND PROVIDE THE
 REQUIRED 50 POINTS.
  
 11. PARTIALLY SATISFIED. ADD COLUMNS FOR NATIVE PLANT
 AND DROUGHT TOLERANCE TO THE PLANT LIST.
 PLEASE ADD THE COLUMNS, IT IS EASIER FOR STAFF TO
 VERIFY THE INFORMATION IF IT IS SEPARATED.
  
 12. SATISFIED. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-445 L.
 PLANT SPECIES. A MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT
 MATERIAL ADDED SHALL BE FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT
 TOLERANT SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE
 LIST OF SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH
 FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH
 FLORIDA LANDSCAPES. PROVIDE THE ACTUAL PERCENTAGE OF
 NATIVE AND DROUGHT TOLERANT PLANTS ADDED BASED ON THE
 PLANT LIST.
  
 13. SATISFIED. PROVIDE SCREENING HEDGES FOR ALL GROUND
 MOUNTED VALVES AND EQUIPMENT AND ADD A NOTE THAT ALL
 EQUIPMENT WILL BE SCREENED.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE STREET TREES AND
 RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE
 THROUGH A SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
