 -UTILITY BILLING SYSTEM AND HISTORIC PICTURES SHOW
 EXISTING LARGE DIAMETER DEDICATED FIRELINE AND DCDA
 NEAR SE AREA OF EXISTING BUILDING. SHOW AND LABEL WHAT
 IS HAPPENING TO THE EXISTING WATER SERVICE PIPE FROM
 WATER MAIN.
 -PROPOSED 8 INCH WM CANNOT BE PVC. WOULD HAVE TO BE
 DIP.
 -PAVEMENT RESTORATION LIMITS SHOULD EXTEND FURTHER WEST
 TO ENCOMPASS REMOVED WATER SERVICES.
 -ENTIRE FLAGS OF SIDEWALK WOULD NEED BE REPLACED WHERE
 METER BOXES ARE BEING REMOVED. SHOW ON ENGINEERING
 PLAN.
 -LABEL PARKING METERS ON ENGINEERING PLAN OR ADD THE
 SYMBOL TO LEGEND.
 -A PARKING METER MAY BE ENCROACHING IN FIRE HYDRANT
 CLEARANCE AREA.
 -SHOW EXISTING AND PROPOSED FDC.
 -SHOW PROPOSED POINT OF SERVICE VALVE FOR FIRELINE.
 -ENGINEERING PLAN SHOWS A LARGE UTILITY POLE IN NORTH
 DRIVEWAY.
 -LANDSCAPING SEEMS TO CONFLICT WITH PROPOSED UTILITIES
 IN TERMS OF LOCATION. SUBMIT ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPING
 PLAN SHEET SHOWING UTILITIES AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE
 APPROPRIATELY DISTANCED FROM EACH OTHER.
 -UPDATE SHEET LP3 TO DESCRIBE WHICH LOCATION IT IS.
 -WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THE LARGE EXISTING PALM TREE AT
 SOUTHEAST CORNER OF PROPERTY?
 -ON ENGINEERING PLAN, SHOW BOTH EDGE OF NORTHERN ALLEY
 PAVEMENT AND NORTHERN ALLEY RIGHT OF WAY LINE.

 MOST PLAN SETS.
 -VERIFY LOCATION OF DCDA. MAY BE CLOSER TO SIDEWALK

 -WILL SIZE OF FIRELINE AND DCDA BE INCREASED? IF SO,
 NOTATE ON PLAN.
