 TOTAL CANOPY MITIGATION DUE FOR ALL PROPOSED REMOVALS.
 TREES PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED WITH A CANOPY DIAMETER OF
 20 FEET OR MORE SHOULD HAVE THE MITIGATION SQUARE

 OR ABOVE 50% OF THE PROPERTY'S IMPROVEMENT VALUE AS
 INDICATED BY THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER'S
 OFFICE. EXISTING STREET TREES AND SIDEWALK FOR THIS
 PROJECT ARE TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH THE
 REQUIRED NEW STREET TREES, SIDEWALK, PLANTING BEDS AND
 STRUCTURAL SOIL.

 S DIXIE ADJACENT TO THE PROJECT IS NOT POSSIBLE WITHIN

 NOT SUFFICIENT WIDTH TO PROVIDE THE PLANTING BED, TREE

 SOIL UNDER HARDSCAPE ADJACENT TO THE STREET TREES AS
 REQUIRED IN 94-113(2). STAFF CAN PROVIDE THE TYPICAL
 INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS ON REQUEST.
  
 15. PROVIDE THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY LANDSCAPE DESIGN
 OPTIONS CHART SECTION 94-446 (G) AND PROVIDE THE
 REQUIRED 50 POINTS.
  
 16. PLANT SCHEDULE ON SHEET L-200 DOES NOT MATCH THE
 PLANT LIST SHOWN ON SHEET L-201. CRAPE MYRTLE AND
 BRIDAL VEIL TREES ARE NOT CONSISTENT.
  
 17. REMOVE EXISTING TREES SHOWN TO REMAIN FROM THE
 PLANT LIST ON SHEET L-201, AS NO TREES OR PALMS ARE TO
 REMAIN.
  
 18. THE SIGHT TRIANGLE SHOWN ON SHEET L-200 IS NOT
 CONSISTENT WITH THE DOWNTOWN REQUIREMENT MEASURED FROM
 THE BACK OF CURB PER SECTION 94-113 (C). REVISE TO MEET
 REQUIREMENT. ADDITIONALLY, THE STREET TREES CAN BE
 PLANTED WITHIN THE SIGHT TRIANGLE, AS THERE WILL BE NO
 CANOPY LOWER THAN 8 FEET, SO TREES NEED TO BE ADJUSTED
 TO THE 30 FOOT MAXIMUM SPACING ALONG DATURA ST.
  
 19. RENDERINGS MUST BE CORRECTED TO ACCURATELY REFLECT
 THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPING.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE STREET TREES AND
 RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE
 THROUGH A SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
