 SYSTEMS SHOWN ON C2.1 TAKE THAT INTO ACCOUNT?
 -ONE OF THE WATER MAINS ON C2.2 IS NOT LABELED WITH
 PIPE SIZE AND MATERIAL TYPE.
 -SHOW AND LABEL EXISTING AND PROPOSED FIRE HYDRANTS ON
 WATER PLAN.
 -LARGE METER APPEARS TO BE PROPOSED IN MIDDLE OF
 WALKING PATH BLOCKING PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC. COMPARE
 HARDSCAPE PLAN L300 TO SHEET C2.2.
 -GARDEN AREA DESIGN NEAR NORTHEAST CORNER OF HISTORIC
 BUILDING DOES NOT SEEM CONSISTENT BETWEEN EACH PLAN SET
 AND AMONG DIFFERENT SHEETS. PLEASE MAKE SURE GENERAL
 LAYOUT IS THE SAME.
 -L300 LAYOUT ON EAST SIDE OF HISTORIC BUILDING DOES NOT
 LOOK SIMILAR TO RENDERINGS A602 AND A603.
 -LANDSCAPING AND UTILITIES APPEAR TO NOT HAVE
 SUFFICIENT SEPARATION DISTANCE. SUBMIT SEPARATE
 LANDSCAPING PLAN SHEET THAT SHOWS DISTANCE BETWEEN
 UTILITIES AND LANDSCAPING (TREES AND BUSHES).
 -SURVEY SHOWS OVERHEAD UTILITY LINE RUNNING ACROSS LOT
 13. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO OVERHEAD UTILITY LINE?
 -ARE ANY CHANGES PROPOSED TO HISTORIC BUILDING?

 -IF FDC ARE NEEDED OR REQUIRED, SHOW ON SHEET C2.2.
 -SHOW AND LABEL ANY PROPOSED TRANSFORMER PADS.
 -SHOW AND LABEL ANY OUTSIDE GREASE TRAPS.
 -THERE ARE LARGE UTILITY POLES AND OVERHEAD WIRES
 RUNNING ALONG NORTH PROPERTY LINE. HOW FAR IS BUILDING
 STRUCTURE SETBACK FROM THOSE?
 -SHOW AND LABEL REMOVAL OF EXISTING SOUTHEAST
 DRIVEWAYS.
 -SURVEY NOT SIGNED, SEALED, AND DATED.
 -SURVEY NOTE 1 SAYS THAT NO SEARCH OF PUBLIC RECORD HAS
 BEEN MADE AND THERE MAY BE EASEMENTS. VERIFY IF THERE
 ARE ANY EXISTING EASEMENTS ON SITE.
 -SHOW AND LABEL ANY PROPOSED UTILITY EASEMENTS. DID NOT
 SEE ONE FOR DOMESTIC WATER METER.
