 -ON SHEET C300 SOME OF THE CALLOUTS ARE GOING OFF THE
 BOTTOM AND SIDE OF PAGE AND UNREADABLE. PLEASE MAKE
 READABLE.
 -DRY UTILITIES IN ALLEY MAY BE MORE NUMEROUS THAN SHOWN
 ON DEMO PLAN.
 -VERIFY THAT REMOVAL OF UTILITIES IN ALLEY WILL NOT
 NEGATIVELY AFFECT 360 ROSEMARY UTILITY SERVICE.
 -PROPOSED 10 INCH WATER MAIN CANNOT BE PVC. UPDATE TO
 DIP.
 -SHOW AND LABEL ALL EXISTING WATER MAIN VALVES. THERE
 MAY ALSO BE A NEW GATE VALVE SEVERAL FEET WEST OF
 PROPOSED WATER SERVICE TAP.
 -PROPOSED 6 INCH WATER METER IS NOT APPROVED
 UNDERGROUND IN VAULT. LABEL ABOVE GROUND VIA STANDARD
 DETAIL WS3 REV2019.
 -10 INCH CAS WM AT WEST SIDE OF EVERNIA MAY BE NEWER
 INSTALLED DIP.
 -PROPERTY OWNER WOULD BE REQUIRED TO RECORD BACKFLOW
 COVENANT AS A CONDITION OF WATER SERVICE.
 -WPB UTILITIES RECOMMENDS INSTALLING PARALLEL DOMESTIC
 BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES TO MINIMIZE WATER OUTAGES DURING
 BACKFLOW MAINTENANCE.
 -ON DEMO PLAN SHOW REMOVAL OF WATER SERVICE FOR
 EXISTING BUILDING NEAR NORTHWEST AREA OF PROPERTY.
 -SUBMIT SEPARATE LANDSCAPING SHEET OF GROUND FLOOR
 SHOWING UTILITIES AND PLANTS (TREES AND BUSHES). SHEET
 SHOULD SHOW SUFFICIENT CLEARANCE DISTANCE BETWEEN
 PLANTS AND UTILITIES. SOME UTILITIES ARE SHOWN ON
 CURRENT LANDSCAPING PLANS, BUT THE LOCATIONS DO NOT
 MATCH ENGINEERING PLANS.
 -SHEET C300, LABEL WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THE TALL
 UTILITY POLE AND OVERHEAD UTILITY ON FERN STREET.
 -CURRENTLY THERE IS A DO NOT ENTER SIGN AND LEFT TURN
 ARROW GOING EAST ON EVERNIA ST. WILL THAT CHANGE?
 -C902 SHOWS VEHICLE USING DRIVEWAY OF 360 ROSEMARY
 PROPERTY. IS THERE A CROSS ACCESS EASEMENT AGREEMENT?
 ALSO IS THAT THE PROPOSED ENTRANCE OF THE SERVICE AREA?
 -WOULD NEED PAVEMENT RESTORATION ON EVERNIA DUE TO
 UTILITY WORK.
 -WILL NEW ROAD NEAR EAST PROPERTY LINE HAVE AN ACCESS
 EASEMENT?
