 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THESE COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY DECEMBER 4, 2022),
 THE PLANNING DIVISION MAY NOTIFY THE APPLICANT THAT THE
 CASE IS CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL
 REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) PROVIDE DIMENSIONED PLANS FOR THE AREAS THAT ARE
 BEING CHANGED SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY:
  
 A. THERE IS SUFFICIENT SPACE FOR THE NUMBER OF NEW EV
 AND REGULAR SPACES ALONG THE WEST WALL OF LEVEL 1.
 B. THERE IS A MINIMUM OF 20 FEET FOR CAR QUEUING
 BETWEEN THE NEW GATE AND THE WALKWAY AT THE ENTRANCE TO
 THE GARAGE.
 C. THE NEW ADA SPACES AND THEIR ACCESS AISLES COMPLY
 WITH MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.
  
 2) STAFF COUNTED THE PARKING SPACES ON THE PLAN, AND
 THEY DO NOT MATCH THE NUMBERS ON THE TABLES.
  
 A. THERE ARE MORE PARKING SPACES ON LEVEL 1 THAN LISTED
 ON THE TABLE.
 B. LEVEL 2 NEEDS TO SHOW THE ACCESS CONTROL AS IT
 EXISTS TO SAPODILLA AVENUE. THE PARKING COUNT THEN
 NEEDS TO REFLECT THE ACCURATE CONDITIONS.
 C. THERE ARE LESS SPACES ON LEVEL 5 THAN LISTED ON THE
 TABLE.
  
 3) THE PARKING COUNT CHART DOES NOT MATCH THE LATEST
 CHART PROVIDED BY JORDAN RATHLEV. ALL THE
 PLANS/PROVIDED INFORMATION NEEDS TO SHOW ACCURATE,
 CONSISTENT INFORMATION, ESPECIALLY DUE TO THE UPCOMING
 INCREASE IN SQUARE FOOTAGE THAT IS PROPOSED IN THE NEAR
 FUTURE. PLEASE INCLUDE AN UPDATED RATHLEV CHART.
  
 4) THE NON-ADA EV SPACES MUST BE SHOWN AS A SEPARATE
 LINE ITEM FROM THE STANDARD STALLS. THESE SPACES MAY
 NOT BE A SUBSET OF THE GENERAL PARKING, BUT RATHER ARE
 THEIR OWN CATEGORY.
  
 5) THE RESIDENT ONLY SPACES MUST BE DESIGNATED ON THE
 PLAN. THIS MAY BE BY MARKING THE SPACES INDIVIDUALLY OR
 WITHIN A BOX, SIMILAR TO HOW THEY ARE GATED.
  
 6) ANY VALET SPACES MUST BE INDICATED ON THE PLANS AND
 PROVIDED AS A LINE ITEM ON THE TABLE.
  
 7) THE PLANS SEEM TO INDICATE THAT THE EV CHARGING UNIT
 WILL NOT BE LOCATED AT THE HEAD OF THE PARKING SPACES,
 BUT RATHER THE MIDDLE OF THE SPACES. THE EV CHARGING
 UNIT CANNOT BE LOCATED SO AS TO IMPEDE DOOR OPENING.
  
 8) THERE ARE TWO SETS OF EV SPACES SHOWN ON THE PLANS.
 ONE SET APPEARS TO BE THE 10 EV PARKING SPACES REQUIRED
 BY THE ROSEMARY SQUARE CENTER SUBDISTRICT REQUIREMENTS
 AND ONE SET APPEAR TO BE THE PROPOSED FPL EV CHARGERS.
 IS THIS CORRECT?
  
 9) THE PERMIT FOR THE FPL EV CHARGING STATIONS INCLUDES
 TRANSFORMERS AND OTHER EQUIPMENT BOTH INSIDE AND
 OUTSIDE OF THE GARAGE. IF THIS PERMIT IS COVERING THE
 FPL EV INFRASTRUCTURE, THEN THESE NEED TO BE SHOWN ON
 THIS MINOR AMENDMENT, OTHERWISE FPL WILL NEED TO SUBMIT
 A MINOR AMENDMENT SHOWING THESE ITEMS. STAFF
 RECOMMENDATION IS TO INCLUDE THEM WITH THIS
 APPLICATION.
  
 10) THE CITY HAS ON FILE AN APPROVED PERMIT FOR THREE
 TESLA CHARGING STATIONS IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
 LEVEL 1 OF THE GARAGE. DO THESE STILL EXIST? IF SO,
 THEY NEED TO BE CLEARLY DESIGNATED ON THE PLANS AS WELL
 AS ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE PARKING TABLE.
  
 11) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE CENTER SUBDISTRICT REQUIRED
 REQUIRES ONE CAR SHARE SPACE IN THIS GARAGE. PLEASE
 INDICATE WHERE IT IS TO BE LOCATED AND REFLECT THIS
 ACCORDINGLY ON THE PARKING TABLE.
  
 12) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE CENTER SUBDISTRICT PROHIBITS EV
 CHARGING STATIONS ON THE ROOF (LEVEL 5) OF THE GARAGE.
 THE TWO EV SPACES SHOWN ON LEVEL 5 OF THE GARAGE NEED
 TO BE MOVED TO A LOWER LEVEL.
  
 13) PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE MATERIAL THAT WILL BE
 INSTALLED IN THE LANDSCAPE AREA. A HEDGE WILL BE
 REQUIRED ALONG THE GARAGE WHERE THE DRIVEWAY IS BEING
 REMOVED. IRRIGATION WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED THE NEW
 LANDSCAPED AREA.
  
 14) STAFF DOES NOT OBJECT TO THE INSTALLATION OF THE EV
 CHARGERS OR THE CLOSING OF THE ENTRY DRIVE.
