 1. TPS LETTER IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROJECT TO MOVE
 FORWARD
 2. PLEASE RELOCATE THE BIKE RACK TO MEET THE ZONING
 CODE REQUIREMENTS PER SECTION 94-485(2)(C) (8-11).
 PLEASE NOTE A WAVE BIKE RACK IS NOT A PERMITTED DESIGN
 IN THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, PLEASE CHANGE DESIGN TO
 A SINGLE LOOP U OR AN INVERTED ???U??? OR LIKE THESE.
 PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSIONS OF THE CONCRETE PAD WHERE THE
 BIKE RACK WILL BE LOCATED SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN
 3. PLEASE INDICATE IF THE ONE-WAY ACCESS DRIVE ON THE
 EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE ACCESSIBLE FOR PUBLIC
 PARKING OR IF USED FOR STORAGE OF INVENTORY ONLY- NOTE:
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS PER EVERY TEN PARKING SPACES ARE
 REQUIRED IF PUBLIC CAN USE AS PARKING.
 4. ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY PLEASE INCREASE THE
 5-FOOT BUFFER TO A 7-FOOT BUFFER FOR LANDSCAPING
 PURPOSES (SHRUBS/TREES).
 5. PLEASE INDICATE ON SITE PLAN THAT ROOFTOP IS FOR
 DISPLAYING VEHICLES ONLY, OR IF ALSO FOR STORAGE.
 6. PLEASE SHOW THE NUMBER OF SMALL PARKING SPACES ARE
 PROPOSED ON THE SITE PLAN, NOTE 30 PERCENT OF THE
 SPACES MAY BE DESIGNATED FOR SMALL CAR USE. PER SECTION
 94-485(N)(1)(D) ALL SMALL CAR PARKING SPACES SHALL BE
 MARKED WITH INDIVIDUAL SIGNS/PAVEMENT MARKINGS STATING,
 "SMALL CARS ONLY." SMALL CAR PARKING SPACES SHALL HAVE
 DOUBLE STRIPING ON EACH SIDE OF THE SPACE.
 7. PLEASE SHOW THE CURB LENGTH ON THE SITE PLAN TO MEET
 THE GENERAL PARKING DIMENSIONS REQUIREMENTS LISTED ON
 FIGURE XV-2 IN SECTION 94-485
 8. PROPOSED PARKING BY THE CONCRETE STEPS DO NOT APPEAR
 TO PROVIDE REQUIRED TURN AROUND SPACE/AISLE CLEARANCE.
 PLEASE ALSO SHOW DIMENSIONS OF PARKING STALLS.
 9. PLEASE INDICATE IF THE LEFT MOST CONCREATE STEPS,
 ADJACENT TO THE TWO PARKING SPACES PROPOSED HAVE ACCESS
 INTO THE PARKING LOT/WOULD BE BLOCKED BY PARKED
 VEHICLE.
  
 -WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF THREE
 (3) PAPER COPIES AND DIGITAL PLANS IN .PNG/.PDF FORMAT
 OF ALL THE PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 -PLEASE NOTE THAT IS THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS/REVIEW COMMENT
 WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC
 MEETING/COMMENT ISSUANCE (BY **), THE PLANNING DIVISION
 MAY NOTIFY THE APPLICANT THAT THE CASE IS CONSIDERED
 WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL REQUIRE A NEW
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 -PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE, SUCH FEE
