2022-10-13 07:17:10PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO THE FOLLOWING:
 -CANNOT LOCATE EXISTING FIRELINE BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY ON
 SITE WHERE SHOWN ON UTILITY PLAN. IF NONE ARE THERE,
 THEN ONE WOULD NEED TO BE INSTALLED. LABEL ON PLAN.
 -DOMESTIC METER CANNOT BE TAPPED OFF DEDICATED
 FIRELINE.
 -CALLOUT IS GOING OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF UTILITY PLAN AND
 UNREADABLE.
 -EXISTING 2 INCH DOMESTIC METER ON WEST SIDE OF
 PROPERTY HARD TO ACCESS DUE TO BUSHES. ADD REMOVAL OF
 BUSHES ENCROACHING WITHIN 18 INCHES OF METER BOX AND
 BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY.
 -VERIFY FIRE SYSTEM WILL NOT BE CONNECTED TO AN
 AUXILIARY WATER SUPPLY SUCH AS A WELL.
 -SHOW ALLEY PAVEMENT RESTORATION DUE TO UTILITY WORK.
 -LABEL ADDRESS OF ADJACENT PROPERTY TO THE EAST ON
 PLANS. THE ONE THAT HAS AN EASEMENT.
 -COULD NOT LOCATE FIRELINE VALVE ON SITE. NOT SURE IF
 BURIED UNDER LANDSCAPING AND BUSHES.
 -IS EXISTING 8 INCH SEWER REMAINING AND DOES IT HAVE
 ANY ADDITIONAL MANHOLE OR CLEANOUT AT ALLEY?
