 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PURSUANT TO THE DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION, THE
 FOLLOWING ITEMS SHALL BE PROVIDED:
  
 1.1. ENVELOPES: ONE (1) SET OF ADDRESSED LABELS AFFIXED
 TO SIZE #10 STAMPED ENVELOPES SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR
 EACH PROPERTY OWNER WITHIN 500 FEET OF PROPERTY LINE,
 AND SHALL HAVE THE CITY?S ADDRESS AS THE RETURN
 ADDRESS. IMPORTANT: IF MORE THAN 50 ENVELOPES, THE
 APPLICANT IS RESPONSIBLE TO MAIL ALL REQUIRED NOTICES
 AND PROVIDE A NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT (PAGE 13 OF THE
 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION) TO THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT ? PLANNING DIVISION, INDICATING THAT ALL
 NOTICES HAVE BEEN SENT.
  
 1.2. ADDRESS LIST: ONE (1) COPY OF A LIST OF THE SAME
 PROPERTY OWNER?S ADDRESSES WITHIN 500 FEET OF THE
 SUBJECT PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 1.3. RADIUS MAP: ONE (1) COPY OF THE MAP PROVIDED BY
 THE PALM BEACH COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER?S OFFICE ALONG
 WITH THE LABELS AND LIST MENTIONED ABOVE, SHOWING THOSE
 PROPERTIES WITHIN 500 FEET OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY LINE
 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 1.4. THE AFFIDAVIT ON PAGE 12 OF THE DEVELOPMENT
 APPLICATION SHALL BE SIGNED BY THE INDIVIDUAL WHO
 OBTAINED THE ABOVE INFORMATION FROM THE PALM BEACH
 COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER?S MAPPING OFFICE.
  
 1.5. SIGN POSTING: IN ADDITION TO THE INFORMATION
 REQUIRED ABOVE, THE APPLICANT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
 PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE PROJECT BY POSTING OF THE PROPERTY
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SIGN POSTING REQUIREMENTS
 OUTLINED ON PAGE 14 OF THE DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 1.6. OWNER?S CONSENT SHALL BE PROVIDED FROM THE
 FOLLOWING:
  
 1.6.1. RSBC PARCELS LLC
  
 1.6.2. RSBC REAL ESTATE COMPANY LLLP
  
 2. PARCEL 4 OF THE PREVIOUS RYBOVICH PLAT SHOULD NOT BE
 INCLUDED AS IT WAS DEEDED TO THE CITY AND IS NO LONGER
 A PART OF THE MARINA CMPD (SEE DEED RECORDED IN ORB
 22044, PAGE 1946).
  
 3. ON PAGE 2 OF THE PROPOSED PLAT, THE MAYOR'S NAME IS
 INCORRECT, AND THE PLANNING BOARD'S APPROVAL IS NOT
 REQUIRED AND CAN BE REMOVED.

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS REVISED PLANS AND/OR
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
