 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. THIS APPLICATION IS BEING REVIEWED FOR
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-273. 54 PARKING LOTS AS
 PRINCIPAL OR OFF SITE ACCESSORY USES AND THE LANDSCAPE
 CODE. STAFF MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AS THE
 APPLICATION MOVES FORWARD AND IF AN APPLICATION FOR
 SITE PLAN REVIEW IS SUBMITTED.
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN INCLUDES THE LOT TO THE EAST, SO
 INDICATE IF THE SITE PLAN WILL INCLUDE THIS LOT.
 A SEPARATE SITE PLAN APPLICATION WILL BE SUBMITTED.
  
 2. SATISFIED. CORRECT THE EXISTING TREE TABULAR CHART
 ON SHEET TD-1 TO SHOW THE MITIGATION REQUIRED FOR
 REMOVALS. MITIGATION REQUIRED CHART IS REDUNDANT.
  
 3. SATISFIED. SECTION 94-448 (D)(3) REQUIRES NATIVE
 TREES IN GOOD CONDITION TO BE PRESERVED ON SITE OR
 RELOCATED. ANSI A 300 (PART 5) STANDARDS SPECIFY
 EXAMPLES OF SUITABILITY RATINGS OF GOOD, MODERATE, OR
 POOR FOR RELOCATION. PROVIDE AN ARBORIST REPORT SHOWING
 CONDITION AND RELOCATION POTENTIAL FOR THE FOR THE
 SABAL PALM #4 PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED.
  
 4. SATISFIED. CORRECT THE BUFFER REQUIREMENTS IN THE
 LANDSCAPE CHART TO SHOW THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE
 PROPERTY LINE FOR THE SOUTH BUFFER AND CHANGE TO 2
 TREES REQUIRED. DRIVEWAYS CANNOT BE DEDUCTED.
 SOUTH BUFFER HAS BEEN CORRECTED, BUT NORTH PROPERTY
 LINE IS 188 FT REQUIRING 7 TREES.
  
 5. SATISFIED. WALL HEIGHTS MAY BE LIMITED, THIS IS
 ADDRESSED UNDER THE ZONING COMMENTS.
  
 6. SATISFIED. THE PLAN SHOWS 5 REGULAR PARKING SPACES,
 6 PARALLEL SPACES AND 4 TANDEM SPACES. SECTION
 94-443(C) MAY APPLY FOR THE REQUIREMENTS OF TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLANDS WITH THE REQUIRED TREE AS THE TOTAL
 NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES EXCEEDS 12.
  
 7. SATISFIED. THE PROPERTY LINE FOR THE ADJACENT PARCEL
 REQUIRES A LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
 A VARIANCE HAS BEEN REQUESTED.

 8. NOT SATISFIED. CRAPE MYRTLE ARE NOT CATEGORY 1 SHADE
 TREES, SO CALCULATION IN LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS CHART

 9. SATISFIED. THERE ARE ONLY 9 PARKING SPACES SHOWN, SO
 IF CORRECT THE PARKING SPACE NUMBER ON SHEET LP-3
 SHOWING 11.
  
 10. NOT SATISFIED. GUMBO LIMBO SPREADS HORIZONTALLY, SO
 MAY NOT BE THE BEST CHOICE FOR THE WEST BUFFER. GREEN
 BUTTONWOOD OR PIGEON PLUM MAY BE MORE UPRIGHT TO AVOID
 SPREADING ACROSS THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 11. NOT SATISFIED. CORRECT THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY CHART
 FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 ??? POINTS CANNOT BE TAKEN IN OPTION 3 BECAUSE THERE IS
 NO DROUGHT TOLERANT GROUND COVER ON THE PLANT LIST.

 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 3/1/23:
 12. CORRECT SHEET TD-1 TO SHOW THE MANGO TREE AS
 REMAINING AS INDICATED IN THE JUSTIFICATION NARRATIVE.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
