 1) PLEASE SCHEDULE A METHODOLOGY MEETING TO DISCUSS AND
 SETUP A QUEUE ANALYSIS THAT PROPERLY CAPTURES THE
 EXISTING QUEUEING ISSUE AT THE FACILITY AND PROVIDES A
 BASELINE TO COMPARE WITH THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT.
 MOREOVER, AN INTERSECTION ANALYSIS OF OLIVE AND
 SOUTHERN BLVD MAY BE NEEDED AND DATA COLLECTION SHOULD
 BE PERFORMED DURING THE REAL PEAK HOUR AT THE FACILITY
 2) PROVIDE COUNTY TPS LETTER
 3) PROVIDE A TRANSPORTATION SPECIFIC SITE PLAN FOR THE
 GROUND FLOOR. SHOWCASING TRANSPORTATION RELATED
 FEATURES (E.G. ROADWAY WIDTHS, DRIVING AISLES, PARKING
 STALLS, SIDEWALK, CURB, GUTTER, DRIVEWAY, GATES,
 CROSSWALKS, VISIBILITY TRIANGLE, CORNER & DRIVEWAY
 SEPARATION DISTANCES, SLOPES, ETC.) PROPERLY LABELED
 AND DIMENSIONED. THE SITE PLAN SHOULD BE NAMED T-1.0
 4) IN THE T-1.0 SITE PLAN, PLEASE SHOWCASE BASIC CURB
 DETAILS (E.G. DRIVEWAY, CURB CUTS, PAVEMENT MARKINGS,
 PARKING STALLS, ETC.) ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE ROADS
 SURROUNDING THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
 5) PROVIDE A SIGNAGE AND PAVEMENT MARKING PLAN.
 INCLUSIVE OF ALL FEATURES WITHIN THE PROPOSED
 DEVELOPMENT AND ALONG ALL ROADS FRONTING THE SITE. SUCH
 PLAN IS PART OF THE TRANSPORTATION REVIEW AND SHOULD BE
 NAMED ACCORDINGLY (E.G. T-1.1 OR T-2.0)
 6) PROVIDE AUTOTURN ANALYSIS FOR GARBAGE TRUCK AND/OR
 SERVICE VEHICLES DRIVING IN AND OUT OF THE PROPOSED
 DEVELOPMENT WITH VEHICLE DYNAMIC ENVELOPES AND WHEEL
 PATHS CLEARLY DISTINCT AND DEFINED IN DIFFERENT COLORS.
 PROVIDE THE ANALYSIS IN A SEPARATE SHEET. SUCH PLAN(S)
 CONTAINING THE ANALYSIS ARE PART OF THE TRANSPORTATION
 REVIEW AND SHOULD BE NAMED ACCORDINGLY (E.G. T1.2,
 T-3.0)
 7) WILL THE DRIVEWAY ON SOUTHERN BLVD BE OPEN FOR
 CUSTOMERS TO ENTER THE FACILITY? BASED ON THE
 CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING PLAN, IT SEEMS THAT VEHICLES
 ENTERING FROM THE SOUTHERN BLVD DRIVEWAY ARE NOT ABLE
 OR FORBIDDEN TO TURNAROUND AND ENTER THE CARWASH QUEUE.
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
 8) THERE IS A CONFLICT POINT BETWEEN VEHICLES ENTERING
 FROM THE SOUTHERN BLVD DRIVEWAY AND THE ONES EXITING
 THE CAR WASH FACILITY. ASSUMING ENTERING VEHICLES HAVE
 THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, THE ONES FROM THE CAR WASH SHOULD
 COME TO A STOP, BEFORE HEADING SOUTH. THUS, PROPER
 PAVEMENT MARKING AND SIGNAGE (I.E. STOP/YIELD) SHOULD
 BE INSTALLED TO REGULATE INTERNAL CIRCULATION
 9) THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY ON OLIVE DOES NOT SEEM TO MEET
 THE MINIMUM CORNER CLEARANCE DISTANCE. A VARIANCE MAY
 BE REQUIRED
 10) IT IS RECOMMENDED TO MAKE THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY ON
 OLIVE AS ENTRY-ONLY, AND INSTALL ANOTHER DRIVEWAY
 EXIT-ONLY ON MALVERNE RD
 11) A RIGHT-TURN STORAGE/DECELERATION LANE SHOULD BE
 INSTALLED ALONG OLIVE NORTH OF THE DRIVEWAY, SO TO
 PROVIDE EXTRA STACKING AND REDUCE THE POSSIBILITY OF
 QUEUE SPILLBACKS
 12) PROVIDE A CROSSWALK ACROSS MALVERNE AT THE
 INTERSECTION WITH OLIVE AVE
