 CIRCULATION AND DRIVEWAY CONFIGURATION. PROVIDE AN
 UPDATED TRAFFIC ANALYSIS. LATEST RESUBMISSION DID NOT
 PROVIDE A REVISED OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT PLAN
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER NARRATIVE AND ELABORATION
 PERTAINING THE EXPECTED QUEUES WITHIN THE PROPOSED
 DEVELOPMENT AS WELL AS THE SURROUNDING ROADWAY NETWORK.
 THE LATTER IS SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACTED DURING PICK-UP

 18) NOT SATISFIED. THE FOUR PARKING STALLS BY THE
 1-STORY GYMNASIUM SHOULD BE EITHER REMOVED, AND

 PICK-UP/DROP-OFF, OR CONVERTED TO ADA, AS THEY ARE THE

 SUCH STALLS WAS EXPLAINED AND AGREED UPON, AS BESIDES
 INCREASING THE QUEUE STACK, IT ALSO HELPS REDUCING
 CONFLICT POINTS AND INCREASING PEDESTRIAN SAFETY
 19) NOT SATISFIED. INSTALL HIGH VISIBILITY CROSSWALKS
 ACROSS 7TH AND 8TH ST AT THE INTERSECTION OF FLAGLER
 DR. PLEASE PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS AND SHOWCASE THE ITEM
 ON THE PLANS
 20) SATISFIED. INSTALL A MINIMUM OF 8 FEET SIDEWALK
