 -ON SITE PLAN, PLEASE CALLOUT OR ADD LEGEND SHOWING
 WHAT THE DIFFERENT COLORED LINES MEAN.
 -ON SITE PLAN, THERE IS A SMALL GREY OUTLINED AREA
 ADJACENT TO WEST DRIVEWAY EXIT. IT SAYS 804 N OLIVE TO
 BE PRESERVED. PLEASE DESCRIBE MORE WHAT THAT MEANS AND
 IF THERE WILL BE ANYTHING THERE OTHER THAN SIDEWALK.
 -IS A NEW BUILDING BEING CONSTRUCTED, OR JUST
 RENOVATION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING? IF NEW BUILDING IS
 BEING CONSTRUCTED, PLEASE SHOW AND LABEL ON SITE PLAN.
 -PROPOSED PARKING LOT DESIGN DOES NOT MATCH AMONG THE
 DIFFERENT PLAN SETS. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL PLAN SETS
 HAVE THE SAME BASIC LAYOUT.
 -ON CIVIL PLANS, SHOW ALL LARGE UTILITY POLES IN OLIVE
 RIGHT OF WAY ADJACENT TO WEST PROPERTY LINE AND ENSURE
 NO CONFLICTS WITH THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY.
 -ENGINEERING PLAN NEEDS TO BE UPDATED TO SHOW DEMO OF
 THE OTHER DRIVEWAY APPROACH ON OLIVE AND INSTALLATION
 OF PARKING SPOTS WITH CURBING.
 -RELOCATE LARGE METER AND BACKFLOW ADJACENT TO WEST
 PROPERTY LINE AND OLIVE. ADD WORDING ABOVE-GROUND TO
 LABEL.
 -THERE IS A CALLOUT FOR DCDA TO BE RELOCATED, BUT NOT
 AWARE OF A FIRELINE AT THAT LOCATION. VERIFY IF THERE
 IS FIRE SERVICE THERE, OR IF IT IS JUST A REGULAR
 DOMESTIC BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY.
 -SHOW AND LABEL THE EXISTING METERED WATER SERVICES FOR
 THE BUILDINGS BEING DEMOLISHED ALONG WITH WHAT IS
 HAPPENING TO THEM.
 -SHOW AND LABEL EXISTING STORMWATER AND SANITARY SEWER
 UTILITIES ALONG WITH WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THEM.
 -ENGINEERING PLAN SHOWS UTILITY POLE IN PROPOSED
 DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE. UTILITY POLE THAT CONNECTS INSIDE
 PROPERTY IS NOT SHOWING.
 -SHOW AND LABEL ANY PROPOSED TRANSFORMER PADS.
 -CIVIL PLAN SHOW SCHOOL PARKING BUILDING TO THE
 NORTHWEST, BUT NOT SHOWING ON OTHER PLAN SETS.
 -SURVEY IS NOT SIGNED, SEALED, AND DATED.
 -SHOW AND LABEL PIPING FROM WATER METER TO AND
 INCLUDING WATER MAIN.
 -PLANS SEEM TO PROPOSE TREES AND UTILITIES IN SAME
 LOCATIONS. PLEASE SUBMIT SEPARATE LANDSCAPING PLAN
 SHEET THAT SHOWS TREES, BUSHES, AND UTILITIES. MAKE
 SURE THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS BETWEEN TREES AND
 UTILITIES.
