 -DOMESTIC 8 INCH METER WOULD NEED TO BE ABOVE-GROUND
 REFERENCING STANDARD DETAIL WS3. ADD WORDING
 ABOVE-GROUND TO LABEL ALONG WITH STANDARD DETAIL
 REFERENCE.
 -PROPOSED 8 INCH METER CANNOT BE OBSTRUCTED BY
 BUILDING, WALL, OR FENCE AND MUST BE NO GREATER THAN 15
 FEET FROM STREET TO ALLOW REPLACEMENT WITH CITY CRANE
 TRUCK.
 -CITY DOES NOT STOCK 8 INCH METERS AND WOULD HAVE TO BE
 ORDERED AFTER FORMAL QUOTE IS PAID AND UTILITY BILLING
 ACCOUNTS SETUP. MAY EXPERIENCE LONG LEAD TIMES TILL
 METER IS RECEIVED AFTER ORDER, AND PROJECT SHOULD ALSO
 ANTICIPATE THE DELAY BETWEEN WATER SERVICE BUILDOUT AND
 METER INSTALLATION.
 -ADD SYMBOL FOR WATER METER ON LEGEND AND SHOW THEM ON
 PLANS. RECOMMEND SHOWING METERS AT MORE REALISTIC SCALE
 AS THE LARGER METERS AND BACKFLOWS CAN HAVE INCREASED
 FOOTPRINT.
 -SHEET C5. PROPOSED FIRELINE CANNOT BE UNDER OR NEAR
 EXISTING TRAFFIC SIGNAL POLE.
 -ENSURE THAT PROPOSED FIRELINE BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY
 LOCATIONS ARE NFPA COMPLIANT.
 -SHEET C7 SHOWS EXISTING UTILITY POLE AND GUY WIRE IN
 MIDDLE OF PROPOSED DRIVEWAY.
 -SHEET C6: FAR NORTHEAST DRIVEWAY FLARE SEEMS TO BE
 EXTENDING ONTO NEIGHBORING PROPERTY; EXISTING LIGHT
 POLE IN PROPOSED DRIVEWAY ON EAST SIDE; DIGITAL SIGN
 AND SEAL NOT READABLE.
 -IF FDC ARE NEEDED OR REQUIRED, SHOW AND LABEL ON PLANS
 AND ENSURE ACCEPTABLE DISTANCE FROM FIRE HYDRANT.
 -SHEET C6. NORTHWEST DOMESTIC WATER SERVICE SHOWS
 CONFLICT WITH SOME KIND OF UTILITY IN SIDEWALK.
 -ENGINEERING PLANS AND SURVEY SHOW GAS MARKER ON WEST
 SIDE OF PROJECT. HISTORIC PICTURES ALSO SHOW GAS LINE
 LOCATES. SHOW BETTER ALL EXISTING GAS UTILITIES, AND IF
 REMAINING ENSURE NO CONFLICT BETWEEN PROJECT AND GAS
 UTILITIES.
 -CALLOUT PROPOSED SANITARY SEWER MANHOLES AND
 CLEANOUTS.
 -SUBMIT SEPARATE LANDSCAPING SHEET THAT SHOWS ALL TREES
 AND UTILITIES. ENSURE THAT UTILITIES AND TREES HAVE
 APPROPRIATE CLEARANCE DISTANCE.
 -CONSIDER PARALLEL/DUAL DOMESTIC BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES TO
 MINIMIZE WATER OUTAGES DURING BACKFLOW MAINTENANCE.
 -VERIFY PRIVATE FIRE SYSTEM WILL NOT HAVE ANY AUXILIARY
 WATER SUPPLIES CONNECTED TO IT SUCH AS WELLS.
 -WILL ACCESS EASEMENT INCLUDE USE OF BRIDGE AND
 TERRACES?
 -A2.1 SHOWS PROPOSED 4TH ST ALLEY AS ONE WAY. ON C7 ARE
 ANY ONE WAY OR DO NOT ENTER SIGNS NEEDED?
 -ON PGD PLAN NEAR THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE, IS THE AREA
 NEAR THE GENERATOR AND FPL ROOM DOORS CONCRETE? IF SO,
 ADD CORRECT CONCRETE SHADING.
 -A5.1 SHOWS AREA OF PROPOSED SOUTHWEST FIRELINE
 BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY TO BE ELEVATED. CITY UTILITY WORKERS
 MUST HAVE SAFE AND EASY ACCESS TO ALL WATER METERS
 INCLUDING FIRELINE DETECTOR METERS. ON WATER PLAN ADD
 SPOT ELEVATIONS AROUND THAT AREA SHOWING HEIGHT
 DIFFERENCE.
 -ADD WATER AND SEWER DEMAND CALCULATIONS TO SHEET C6.
