 3/28/2023 SUBMITTAL:
  
 1. [NOT SATISFIED - DESPITE WHAT THE RESPONSE LETTER
 STATED, A REVISED SURVEY WAS NOT SUBMITTED.] THE CITY'S
 OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD1929. THE CITY HAS
 ALLOWED THE USE OF NAVD1988 AS LONG AS THE CONVERSION
 EQUATION TO NGVD1929 AT THE PROJECT LOCATION IS
 PROVIDED. PROVIDE THE VERTICAL DATUM CONVERSION TO
 NGVD1929 ON THE SURVEY.
  
 2.[NOT SATISFIED - DESPITE WHAT THE RESPONSE LETTER
 STATED, NO CROSS SECTIONS WERE PROVIDED ON THE UPDATED
 CIVIL ENGINEERING PLAN.] PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS FROM
 CENTERLINE OF RIGHTS OF WAY AND WEST PROPERTY LINE TO
 THE BUILDING FACES. SHOW AND LABEL SURFACE FEATURES,
 GRADE BREAKS, GENERAL SURFACE SLOPES, FINISHED FLOOR
 ELEVATION, RIGHT OF WAY LINES WITH THE STREET
 IDENTIFIED, DIMENSIONS FROM RIGHT OF WAY TO SURFACE
 FEATURES. NOTE THERE IS OVER A FOOT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN
 THE PROPOSED FFE AND THE EXISTING GRADES ON 10TH ST.
  
 3. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED - TREES PROPOSED OVER SANITARY
 SEWER LATERAL AND STAFF SUGGESTS INSTALLING ROOT
 BARRIERS TO PROTECT THE STORM PIPES FROM OTHER PROPOSED
 TREES.] SHOW UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS AND
 COORDINATE PLANTINGS WITH THE UTILITIES.

 THAT THE PARKING SPACES WERE REDUCED IN LENGTH TO
 INCLUDE OVERHANG OF THE RAISED CURB AND HARDSCAPE

 DEEP TO THE FACE OF CURB.] CONSIDER REDUCING THE
 PARKING SPACE DEPTHS FROM 18.5 FEET TO 18 FEET
 (INCLUDING THE 2 FEET OF OVERHANG).

 ENGINEERING PLAN.] INSTALL TYPE F CURB AND GUTTER ALONG
 THE FRONTAGE OF 10TH STREET.

 SIDEWALK ON 10TH STREET.

 INCLUDE ALL HATCHING PATTERNS IN THE SHEET LEGEND. THE
 LEGEND INCLUDES PROPOSED TRUEGRID. IDENTIFY WHERE THIS
 WILL BE INSTALLED AND PROVIDE DETAILS FOR IT.

 12. [NOT SATISFIED] PROVIDE EXISTING SPOT GRADES FOR
 THE ALLEY.
  
 NEW COMMENTS (3/28.2023 UBMITTAL):
  
 13. EXPLAIN FLARE LINE ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE SOUTH
 DRIVEWAY TO THE PROPOSED SPOT GRADE 14.70 FT NAVD.
  
 14. ADJUST SPOT GRADE LEADERS TO WHERE THE GRADES ARE
 TO BE SHOWN. FOR EXAMPLE, THERE IS A PROPOSED SPOT
 GRADE THE SAME AS THE GRATE ELEVATION OF S-205 BUT
 POINTING TO THE PAVEMENT 2 FEET EAST OF THE STRUCTURE.
 ANOTHER EXAMPLE, THERE IS A PROPOSED SPOT GRADE OF
 16.20 FT NAVD POINTING TO THE SOUTH WALL OF THE
 BUILDING. OTHER PROPOSED SPOT GRADES IN THE PARKING
 SPACES ARE SHOWN 1.5 FEET FROM THE CURB.
  
 15. WHEEL STOPS WILL BE NEEDED IN THE PARKING SPACES TO
 PREVENT VEHICLES FROM PARKING OVER THE SIDEWALK.
  
 16. EXTEND THE HANDICAP PARKING ACCESS AISLE STRIPING
 ALL THE WAY TO THE END OF THE ACCESS AISLE. FBC SECTION
 502.4 PROHIBITS CURB RAMPS WITHIN THE HANDICAP PARKING
 ACCESS AISLE.
  
 17. COORDINATE THE OUTFALL PIPE FROM STRUCTURE S-201
 WITH THE NORTH RAILROAD STREETSCAPE PLANS, INCLUDING
 THE LOCATION OF THE PIPE OPENING AT THE EXISTING
 STRUCTURE S-101 THAT THE OUTFALL PIPE CONNECTS TO.
  
 18. COORDINATE LOCATIONS OF OTHER OFFSITE UTILITIES
 WITH THE NORTH RAILROAD STREETSCAPE PLANS.
  
 19. PROVIDE SAFE SEPARATION BETWEEN STOP BAR AND BACK
 OF SIDEWALK.
  
 20. PAVEMENT HATCHING FOR SOUTH DRIVEWAY APPEARS TO
 HIDE CURBING ALONG THE DRIVEWAY FLARES.
  
 21. ENGINEERING PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE SITE PLAN WITH
 REGARDS TO THE RECESSED DOOR OPENINGS.
  
 22. PROVIDE DETAIL OF THE CONTROL STRUCTURE. NOTE THE
 CITY DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF BLEEDERS WITH
