 -JUSTIFICATION LETTER SAYS 444 N RAILROAD. WILL THE
 CURRENT ADDRESS BE CHANGING?
 -SITE PLAN SHOWS DOOR OPENING UP INTO SIDEWALK AND
 RAILROAD AVE RIGHT OF WAY.
 -CLEARLY SHOW AND LABEL EXISTING AND PROPOSED FIRE
 HYDRANTS ON PLANS. ENSURE THAT MINIMUM FIRE HYDRANT
 CLEARANCE DISTANCES ARE MET.
 -CLEARLY LABEL PROPERTY LINES ON PLANS.
 -SHOW UTILITIES ON LANDSCAPE PLAN AND ENSURE NO
 CONFLICTS BETWEEN TREES AND UTILITIES.
 -FOOTPRINT OF 3 INCH METER AND BACKFLOW WOULD LIKELY BE
 MUCH LARGER THAN SHOWN.
 -ADD WORDING ABOVE GROUND TO LABEL OF PROPOSED 3 INCH
 METER.
 -ENSURE FDC IS AN ACCEPTABLE DISTANCE FROM CITY FIRE
 HYDRANT.
 -SURVEY SHOWS UTILITY POLE AND GUY WIRES NEAR SOUTH
 PROPERTY LINE. SHOW AND LABEL THOSE ON PLANS.
 -WHAT TYPE OF SIGN IS ACROSS THE ALLEY FROM THE GREASE
 TRAPS?
 -ADD FIRELINE BACKFLOW AND ABOVE-GROUND WATER METER
 STANDARD DETAILS TO ENGINEERING PLAN SET.
 -VERIFY PROPERTY IS NOT CURRENTLY OWNED BY THIRD
 PARTIES NOT RELATED TO THE PROJECT.
