 3-28-2023 SUBMITTAL:
  
 1. [SATISFIED] CHECK THE PARCEL NUMBER(S) LISTED IN THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT.
  
 2. [SATISFIED] THE REQUEST IN THE JUSTIFICATION
 STATEMENT DESCRIBES EXPANDING THE EXISTING COMMERCIAL
 BUILDING INTO A RESTAURANT USE. THE SURVEY SHOWS THE
 EXISTING BUILDING 0.7 FEET SETBACK FROM THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THE BUILDING SETBACK
 AT LEAST 5 FEET FROM THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE.
  
 3. [NOT SATISFIED] PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS FROM
 CENTERLINE OF RIGHTS OF WAY TO THE BUILDING FACES. SHOW
 AND LABEL SURFACE FEATURES, GRADE BREAKS, GENERAL
 SURFACE SLOPES, FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION, RIGHT OF WAY
 LINES WITH THE STREET IDENTIFIED, DIMENSIONS FROM RIGHT
 OF WAY TO SURFACE FEATURES.
  
 4. [SATISFIED - STREETSCAPE PROJECT WILL BE
 CONSTRUCTING A PIPE STUB OUT TO WITHIN 5 FEET OF THE
 PROPERTY LINE.] PROVIDE THE TOP AND BOTTOM ELEVATIONS
 AND VERTICAL CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE PROPOSED OUTFALL
 PIPE AND OTHER UTILITIES CROSS BE THE OUTALL PIPE.
  
 5. [NOT SATISFIED] THE ROOF DRAIN SYSTEM SHOULD CONNECT
 DIRECTLY INTO THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM.
  
 6. [NOT SATISFIED] PROVIDE DETAIL OF THE CONTROL
 STRUCTURE.
  
 7. [SATISFIED] SHOW UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS
 AND COORDINATE PROPOSED PLANTINGS WITH THE UTILITY
 LAYOUT.

 PROJECT LOCATION IS PROVIDED. PROVIDE THE VERTICAL
 DATUM CONVERSION TO NGVD1929 ON THE SURVEY.

 15. WHEN PREPARING THE WRITTEN RESPONSES FOR ALL OF THE
 COMMENTS, INCLUDE THE SHEET/PLAN NUMBER AND THE
 QUADRANT (UPPER LEFT, UPPER RIGHT, LOWER LEFT, LOWER
 RIGHT) ON THE SHEET WHERE THE INFORMATION IS SHOWN.
  
 16. PROVIDE A DEMOLITION PLAN.
  
 17. THE CITY DOES NOT ALLOW BLEEDERS WITH EXFILTRATION
 TRENCH SYSTEMS.
  
 18. SHOW THE OUTLINE OF THE EXFILTRATION TRENCHES AT
 THEIR DESIGN WIDTHS ON THE PLANS.
  
 19. PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH LISTING
 THE TOP AND BOTTOM ELEVATIONS AND WIDTH OF THE TRENCH.
  
 20. CIVIL PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE SITE PLAN WITH
 REGARDS TO THE DOOR ON THE NORTH WALL OF THE BUILDING.
  
 21. THE CONSTRUCTION ACCESS DRIVEWAY IS SHOWN INSIDE
 THE BUILDING ON THE EROSION CONTROL PLAN.
  
 22. ALL ON-SITE DRAINAGE STRUCTURES ARE TO BE LOCATED
 WITHIN THE PROPERTY BOUNDARY. THE CONTROL STRUCTURE
 APPEARS TO BE OVER THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 23. PLEASE ADVISE IF THE YARD DRAIN STRUCTURES WILL BE
 COVERED WITH CONCRETE PAVERS AND/OR LANDSCAPING. THE
 YARD DRAIN IN THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE HAS A
 RIM ELEVATION OF 15.5 FT NAVD AND THERE IS A SPOT GRADE
 OF 16.2 FEET NAVD POINTING TO THE STRUCTURE.
  
 24. OUTFALL PIPE ORIENTATION MAY NOT MATCH HOW IT IS
 SHOWN ON THE NORA STREETSCAPE PLANS.
