 -RECENT PICTURES SHOW CHAIN LINK FENCE AROUND PARTS OF
 THE PROPERTY. WILL IT REMAIN?
 -THERE APPEARS TO BE A PRIVATE FIRE HYDRANT NEAR
 SOUTHEAST AREA OF PROPERTY. PLEASE LABEL IT ON
 ENGINEERING PLAN.
 -ON SHEET C1.1 LABEL THE UTILITY RUNNING UNDER THE BIKE
 RACK AND NEAR THE CROSSWALK.
 -SHOW UTILITIES ON LANDSCAPE PLAN AND ENSURE NO
 CONFLICTS BETWEEN TREES AND UTILITIES.
 -CALLOUT MINIMUM HORIZONTAL CLEARANCE DISTANCE BETWEEN
 END OF WATER MAIN AND SEWER MANHOLE IN ALLEY.
 -CURRENTLY THERE ARE UTILITY POLES AND OVERHEAD
 UTILITIES ALONG NORTH SIDE OF BUILDING. THEY MAY
 CONFLICT WITH PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS.
 -ADD SEWER LATERAL CLEANOUT ADJACENT PROPERTY LINE.
 -SITE PLAN SHOWS DUMPSTER DETAIL, BUT DOES NOT SHOW
 LOCATION ON PLAN.
 -ARCHITECTURAL PERSPECTIVE 1 SHOWS LARGE NORA MONUMENT
 SIGN, BUT IT IS NOT SHOWN AND LABELED ON PLAN SETS.
