 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. PROVIDE A TREE SURVEY AND TREE DISPOSITION PLAN TO
 IDENTIFY ALL EXISTING TREES AND PALMS. IF ON THE
 ADJACENT PROPERTY, SHOW THEM ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN PER
 SECTION 94-442(B)(2)Q.
  
 2. SHOW THE PROPERTY LINE CLEARLY ON THE SITE AND
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. BUFFER TREES MUST BE WITHIN THE
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 3. PROVIDE A DATA TABLE SHOWING ALL REQUIRED
 INFORMATION FOR CODE COMPLIANCE REVIEW.
  
 4. STREETSCAPE MUST BE PROVIDED ADJACENT TO THE
 PROPERTY INCLUDING SIDEWALKS AND STREET TREES.
  
 5. SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN, AS THERE ARE MULTIPLE CONFLICTS WITH REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 6. FOR BPD 5 DISTRICT, 12% PRIVATE OPEN SPACE IS
 REQUIRED. SHOW LOCATION AND DETAILS.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A
 SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
