 SEPTEMBER 23, 2022
 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
  
 1. SATISFIED. ZONING COMMENTS INCLUDE THE AREAS OF
 LANDSCAPE IN QUESTION THAT ARE BEING PROVIDED IN
 REPLACEMENT OF AREAS BEING REMOVED. THERE ARE SEVERAL
 AREAS THAT DO NOT APPEAR POSSIBLE. CURBS MUST BE
 CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE PLANS AND CANNOT BE COUNTED TOWARD
 REQUIRED LANDSCAPE AREA.
 2. SATISFIED. ZONING COMMENTS REFLECT THAT THE SITE HAS
 MISSING LANDSCAPING INCLUDING THE AREAS INDICATED AS
 PHASE 2 ON THE LAST APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLANS. THERE IS
 ALSO MISSING LANDSCAPING ALONG OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD
 THAT IS REQUIRED TO BE REPLACED.
 3. SATISFIED. SECTION 94-443(C)(3) REQUIRES THAT A
 MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF ALL TREES THAT ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE PLANTED WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF AN OFF STREET PARKING
 AREA SHALL BE CATEGORY 1 SHADE TREES. PROVIDE CATEGORY
 1 TREES FOR THE NEWLY CREATED REQUIRED LANDSCAPE AREAS
 PER SECTION 94-443(C)(3) FOR TERMINAL AND INTERIOR
 ISLANDS.
 4. SATISFIED. PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION OF HOW THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND BEING REDUCED ALONG OKEECHOBEE WILL BE
 HANDLED WITH THE PROXIMITY TO THE EXISTING LIVE OAK
 TREE TO AVOID ROOT DAMAGE.
  
 5. SATISFIED. CORRECT THE SPECIES FOR THE EXISTING
 TREES SHOWN TO LIVE OAK ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. THERE
 ARE NO BLACK OLIVE TREES IN THIS AREA.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2. THE PERMIT PLANS SHALL BE REVISED TO SHOW THE D CURB
 AND DETAIL AS REQUIRED IN SECTION 94-443(C)(5)A.
  
 3. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
