2022-07-14 10:34:16THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FOR THE SECTION B-B AND E-E. SHOW
 SLOPE ARROWS FOR THE SIDEWALKS AND ROAD ON SECTION E-E.
  
 2. PROVIDE SECTIONS ALONG THE NORTH PARCEL LINE. ONE
 SECTION AT THE FACE OF GARAGE TO WITHIN THE WAWA SITE.
 ONE SECTION THROUGH THE PARKING SPACE WEST OF THE
 HANDICAP PARKING FROM THE FACE OF THE HOTEL TO THE BACK
 OF CURB OF THE WAWA PARKING. SHOW PARCEL/PROPERTY LINE,
 DIMENSIONS, SURFACE FEATURES, BREAKPOINTS, ETC.
  
 3. CAN THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH WITHIN THE GARAGE BE
 RELOCATED TO THE SURFACE PARKING? IT MAY BE MORE
 DIFFICULT TO REPLACE THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH WITHIN THE
 GARAGE WITH THE TRENCH SYSTEM LOSES IT DISPOSAL
 CAPACITY IN THE FUTURE.
  
 4. IDENTIFY WHAT CHANGES ARE PROPOSED OUTSIDE THE HOTEL
 PARCEL. THERE IS A CONCRETE PATH SHOWN ON SECTION A-A
 (SHEET C-04) ON THE CURRENT HOTEL SUBMITTAL SET. THIS
 10 FT STABILIZED ACCESS DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE PLANS
 FOR RIVERSTONE. THERE ARE ALSO MULTIPLE DRAINAGE PIPES
 GOING INTO THE RETENTION AREA SOUTH OF RIVERSTONE SHOWN
 ON THE CURRENT HOTEL PLAN SET THAT ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE
 RIVERSTONE SET PLANS.
  
 5. THE 17.50 SPOT GRADE SHOWN BELOW THE CALLOUT FOR
 DRAINAGE STRUCTURE NO. 10 APPEARS TO BE FOR THE TOP OF
 CURB. VERIFY THE PAVEMENT SLOPE IN FRONT OF THE DOUBLE
 DOORS IS WHAT IS INTENDED.
  
 6. DETAIL 10 CONTROL STRUCTURE (CS-01) ? EXPLAIN WHAT A
 CPM BAFFLE IS.
  
 7. THE SWPPP PLAN MAY NEED TO BE MODIFIED TO ALLOW
 ACCESS TO THE RIVERSTONE SITE. THE SOIL TRACKING
 PREVENTION STRIP WILL NEED TO BE RELOCATED IF IT IS
 LOCATED IN THE SHARED ROADWAY.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD ERP
 CRITERIA. STORMWATER CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED WITH
 THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 2. PROVIDE COPY OF SFWMD ERP PERMIT MODIFICATION BEFORE
 START OF CONSTRUCTION.
  
 3. PROVIDE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
