 1) PROVIDE ALL MISSING SIDEWALK AND/OR WALKWAY
 DIMENSIONS, INCLUSIVE OF EFFECTIVE WALKABLE AREA,
 LANDSCAPE AND ANY OTHER FEATURE(S) THAT COULD BE
 AFFECTING PEDESTRIANS. SEVERAL ARE MISSING IN THE
 TRANSPORTATION PLAN
 2) PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT MINIMUM-WIDTH AS MENTIONED
 IN CITY CODE MEANS THAT THE SIDEWALK CAN BE WIDER THAN
 THE STANDARD. ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING AN OVERALL
 REDUCTION OF SIDEWALK WIDTH FROM EXISTING CONDITIONS TO
 THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT. CONSIDERING THE POTENTIAL
 HIGH PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC, IT WOULD BE REASONABLE TO KEEP
 A MINIMUM OF 7-FEET AROUND THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT,
 WHERE POSSIBLE
 3) INSTALL SOLAR POWERED LED FLASHING STOP SIGNS ON
 24TH ST AT THE SPRUCE AVE INTERSECTION

 AND TEST 2. PLEASE REVISE ACCORDINGLY.

 SHOWCASING ALL TRANSPORTATION FEATURES (E.G. ROADWAY,

 CLEARLY DEFINED. CURRENT ANALYSIS IS NOT PROPER FROM A
 GRAPHICAL POINT OF VIEW; MOREOVER, THERE IS
 ENCROACHMENT BETWEEN TRUCK PATH AND PARKING STALLS ON
 24TH ST. PLEASE USE COLORS FOR EACH OF THE PATHS.
 ANALYSIS NEEDS TO BE RE-RERUN ACCORDING TO SITE PLAN

 ENCROACHMENTS. LATEST SUBMISSION DOES NOT HAVE
 DIFFERENT COLORS FOR THE DYNAMIC ENVELOPE AND WHEEL
 PATHS; MOREOVER, ENCROACHMENTS ARE STILL SHOWN IN EX1
