 THE EXISTING BACK OF SIDEWALK ELEVATION. SOME PROPOSED
 ELEVATIONS APPEAR TO BE BELOW THE BOW OR MORE THAN 1
 INCH ABOVE THE BOW.

 FOOT HIGHER THAN THE FFE. COMMENT CAN BE ADDRESSED AT
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.

 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL] REVIEW EXISTING SPOT

 THE ALLEY DRIVEWAY. THERE IS A 2.5+ FEET DROP ACROSS
 THE PARKING SPACE (15.71 TO 13.08 FT NAVD).

 SLOPE. INDICATE WHAT THE 15.62 SPOT GRADE IS FOR. THESE
 COMMENTS CAN BE ADDRESSED DURING ENGINEERING PERMIT
 SUBMITTAL.

 INCHES OR 10 FEET] LABEL THE R/W LINE AND THE DISTANCE
 FROM THE BACK OF CURB.
 B. [SATISFIED] SECTION ARROWS FACING THE WRONG
 DIRECTION.
 C. [SATISFIED ??? NOTE THE BUILDING CODE REQUIRES THE
 SURFACE ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING TO SLOPE AWAY FROM THE
 BUILDING] IS THE BERM NECESSARY ALONG THE BUILDING.
  
 29. [NOT SATISFIED ??? SHALL BE ADDRESSED DURING
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL] ADD THE FOLLOWING LINE
 TYPES TO THE SHEET LEGEND: H2O, ELEC, FO, SAN AND ANY
 OTHER LINETYPES THAT APPEAR ON THE PLANS. THIS CAN BE
 ADDRESSED DURING ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 CONDITIONS FOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL:
 1. DEVELOPER TO BE RESPONSIBLE TO MAINTAIN THE DRAINAGE
 SYSTEM IN THE ALLEY EASEMENT.
  
 2. GRADING OF PUBLIC ALLEY IS TO BLEND IN WITH THE
 ADJOINING PROPERTIES WITHOUT ADDING ADDITIONAL RUNOFF
 TO THE ADJOINING PROPERTIES OR PREVENTING EXISTING
 RUNOFF FROM THE PROPERTIES. ANY DRAINAGE INFRASTRUCTURE
 INSTALLED TO SATISFY THIS REQUIREMENT SHALL BE THE
 RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER TO MAINTAIN. AVOID THE
 INSTALLATION OF RAISED CURBING, WHICH WILL NARROW THE
 AVAILABLE TRAVEL WIDTH IN THE ALLEY.
  
 3. CURB RAMPS TO BE RE-CONSTRUCTED TO MEET CURRENT ADA
 STANDARDS IF THE ASPHALT ADJACENT TO THE RAMP IS
 MODIFIED IN ANY WAY.
  
 4. ALLEY ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT LINES TO BE SHOWN
 ON ALL OF THE ENGINEERING PLAN SHEETS.
  
 5. PROPOSED DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE
 24TH STREET RIGHT OF WAY TO BE APPROVED BY FDOT. THE
 DISRUPTION OF THE GUTTER FLOW BY THE ALLEY EASEMENT
 DRIVEWAY BULBOUT IS TO BE RECTIFIED.
