 -REMINDER TO INCLUDE IN NEXT RESUBMITTAL:
 ON CIVIL PLANS PLEASE CLEARLY SHOW NEIGHBORING EDGES OF
 BUILDINGS ADJACENT ALLEY AND ALSO SHOW NEIGHBORING
 PARKING LOTS AND DRIVEWAYS CONNECTED TO ALLEY.
 RINKA WILL ALSO SHOW ON SITE PLAN, WILL BE COMPLETED
 UPON RECEIPT OF UPDATED SURVEY.
 -REMINDER TO INCLUDE IN NEXT RESUBMITTAL:
 IS A SEPARATE METERED IRRIGATION WATER SERVICE NEEDED?
 THIS WILL BE ADDRESSED IN UPCOMING RESUBMITTAL
 -REMINDER TO INCLUDE IN NEXT RESUBMITTAL:
 BROADWAY MANHOLE SAYS WILL BE REMOVED BUT THERE ARE
 ADDITIONAL INVERTS. PLEASE CONFIRM IF THERE ARE OTHER
 SECTIONS OF PIPE CONNECTED AND IF REMOVAL WITH CAUSE
 PROBLEM.
 WILL CONFIRM PRIOR TO FINAL PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
 -RESPONSE LETTER SAID NEW ALLEY ACCESS IS PROPOSED AS
 PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH ACCESS EASEMENT. SHOW AND LABEL
 ACCESS EASEMENT ON PLANS. THAT AREA WOULD ALSO REQUIRE
 A UTILITY EASEMENT FOR PROPOSED WATER AND SEWER
 UTILITIES.
 -PROVIDE LANDSCAPING SHEET THAT SHOWS UTILITIES AND
 ENSURE NO CONFLICTS BETWEEN UTILITIES AND LANDSCAPING.
 THERE APPEARS TO BE AT LEAST ONE TREE CONFLICT WITH 10
 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT OF LARGE WATER METER AT SOUTH
 SIDE.
 -EXISTING METERED WATER SERVICE AND BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY
 AT EAST SIDE APPEARS TO BE A CITY PARKS IRRIGATION
 METER. THERE MAY ALSO BE PARKS IRRIGATION RAIN SENSOR
 BOX APPROX. 60 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST. ANY PROPOSED
 CHANGES WILL NEED TO BE REVIEWED AND COORDINATED WITH
 PARKS DEPT AT ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT SUBMITTAL.
 -RECOMMEND DRAINAGE IN FIRE WATER ROOM IN CASE BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLIES LEAK OR DUMP WATER.
 -VERIFY NO AUXILIARY WATER SUPPLIES SUCH AS WELLS WILL
 BE CONNECTED TO FIRE SYSTEM.
 -ADD FIRELINE DCDA AND LARGE BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY STANDARD
 DETAILS TO ENGINEERING PLAN SET.
