2022-07-14 11:36:18THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. THE CITY?S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD1929. THE
 CITY HAS ALLOWED THE USE OF NAVD1988 AS LONG AS THE
 CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929 AT THE PROJECT LOCATION
 IS PROVIDED. PROVIDE VERTICAL DATUM REFERENCE AND
 CONVERSION TO NGVD1929 ON THE SURVEY.
  
 2. 24TH STREET AND 25TH STREET ARE MAINTAINED BY FDOT.
 ALL IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE R/W TO BE APPROVED BY FDOT.
  
 3. ARE THE R-TANKS JUST FOR STORAGE OR DO THEY ALSO
 PROVIDE WATER QUALITY TREATMENT? HOW WILL THE TANKS
 EMPTY?
  
 4. COMPLETE THE MISSING INFORMATION INDICATED BY ?#? ON
 THE R-TANK DETAIL SHEET.
  
 5. PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS WITH ELEVATIONS THROUGH THE
 R-TANK STORAGE AREAS, SHOWING BOTTOM OF TANK, TOP OF
 TANK, AND SURFACE GRADE.
  
 6. PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS FROM FACE OF BUILDING TO
 CENTERLINE OF RIGHTS OF WAY FOR 24TH STREET, 25TH
 STREET AND SPRUCE AVE. SHOW RIGHT OF WAY, OFFSET
 DISTANCES, SURFACE FEATURES, GENERAL SURFACE SLOPES
 WITH MAX. ALLOWED PERCENTAGES, BREAK POINTS, ETC.
  
 7. PROVIDE CROSS SECTION OF THE ALLEY. SHOW RIGHT OF
 WAY LINES, OFFSETS TO ONSITE IMPROVEMENTS, GRADE BREAKS
 AND DIMENSIONS, SURFACE TREATMENTS, ETC.
  
 8. PROVIDE CROSS SECTION FOR PROPOSED ?ALLEY? BETWEEN
 24TH STREET AND THE ALLEY. SHOW SURFACE FEATURES,
 DIMENSIONS, SURFACE BREAK POINTS, PROPERTY LINES, ETC.
  
 9. PROVIDE FFE FOR THE PARKING GARAGE.
  
 10. CHECK THE PROPOSED ELEVATIONS AT THE BASE OF THE
 STEPS FOR THE UNITS ALONG 25TH STREET VS. THE EXISTING
 BACK OF SIDEWALK ELEVATION. SOME PROPOSED ELEVATIONS
 APPEAR TO BE BELOW THE BOW OR MORE THAN 1 INCH ABOVE
 THE BOW.
  
 11. CLEANUP THE TEXT IN THE NORTH AREA OF THE RETAIL
 SPACE ON SHEET C2.1.
  
 12. EXFILTRATION TRENCH DETAIL CALLS OUT HDPE PIPE BUT
 RCP PIPE IS SHOWN ON THE DRAINAGE PLAN SHEET.
  
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD ERP
 CRITERIA. STORMWATER CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED WITH
 THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 2. PROVIDE COPY OF SFWMD ERP PERMIT BEFORE START OF
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 3. PROVIDE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL PLAN WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
