 -WHAT IS HAPPENING TO EXISTING UTILITY POLES AND
 OVERHEAD WIRES ALONG ALLEYWAY?
  
 -WPB GIS SAYS WATER MAIN IS TRANSITE AROUND AREA OF
 PROPOSED ELIMINATION.
  
 -THERE ARE EXISTING CITY UTILITIES NEAR ALLEY.
 APPLICANT MAY NEED TO RELOCATE THE UTILITIES AS
 REQUESTED BY CITY.
  
 -AT EAST SIDE OF ALLEY THERE IS A CITY STREET LIGHTING
 FEED AND MAY BE A POWER SUPPLY FOR CITY IRRIGATION.
 APPLICANT NEEDS SEPARATE APPROVAL FROM CITY FOR ANY
 CHANGES TO THOSE.
  
 -ON CIVIL PLANS PLEASE CLEARLY SHOW NEIGHBORING EDGES
 OF BUILDINGS ADJACENT ALLEY AND ALSO SHOW NEIGHBORING
 PARKING LOTS AND DRIVEWAYS CONNECTED TO ALLEY.
  
 -SHOW ALL EXISTING WATER SERVICES AROUND AREA OF WORK
 ON CIVIL PLANS. SOME EXISTING WATER SERVICES MAY NEED
 TO BE REMOVED OR RELOCATED AS DIRECTED BY CITY OR EOR.
  
 -IS A SEPARATE METERED IRRIGATION WATER SERVICE NEEDED?
  
 -BROADWAY MANHOLE SAYS WILL BE REMOVED BUT THERE ARE
 ADDITIONAL INVERTS. PLEASE CONFIRM IF THERE ARE OTHER
 SECTIONS OF PIPE CONNECTED AND IF REMOVAL WITH CAUSE
 PROBLEM.
  
 -SHOW ALL SEWER LATERAL CLEANOUTS.
  
 -DOMESTIC RP BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY IS NOT SHOWN. SHOULD BE
 OUTSIDE OF BUILDING. CONSIDER PUTTING IT IN LINE WITH
 METER EAST WEST.
  
 -CONSIDER PARALLEL/DUAL BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES ON DOMESTIC
 WATER SERVICE TO MINIMIZE WATER OUTAGES DURING BACKFLOW
 MAINTENANCE.
  
 -SHOW UTILITY EASEMENT FOR DOMESTIC WATER METER AND
 SERVICE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
  
 -TWO PARKING SPOTS AND AN EXISTING TREE LOOK TO BE
 DISTURBED BY PROPOSED ALLEY CONNECTION. PLEASE CONTACT
 CITY PLANNING AND PARKING REPRESENTATIVES TO RESOLVE.
  
 -PROVIDE SEPARATE LANDSCAPING PLAN SHEET SHOWING
 UTILITIES. ENSURE THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS BETWEEN TREES
 AND UTILITIES.
  
 -PLEASE RELOCATE FIRELINE POINT OF SERVICE VALVE
 SLIGHTLY SOUTH IN LINE WITH THE METER VALVES.
  
 -PROPERTY OWNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO RECORD BACKFLOW
 COVENANT AS A CONDITION OF FIRELINE WATER SERVICE.
  
 -EXISTING WATER MAIN STUB AND VALVE ON 24TH ST MAY BE
 SHOWN AT WRONG LOCATION ON CIVIL PLAN. THAT MAY AFFECT
 PROPOSED LOCATIONS OF UTILITIES.
  
 -APPLICANT MUST COMPLY WITH ALL CITY WPB UTILITIES
 BILLING REQUIREMENTS.
  
 -EAST SIDE OF ALLEY CONNECTION ON 24TH ST LOOKS TO HAVE
 A RAMP. DOES THE WEST SIDE NEED ELEVATION TRANSITION
 ALSO?
  
 -IS THE NEW ALLEY ACCESS PROPOSED TO BE CITY RIGHT OF
 WAY OR PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH ACCESS EASEMENT?
  
 -PLEASE CLEARLY SHOW AND LABEL PROPERTY LINES ON CIVIL
 PLANS.
  
 -CLEARLY SHOW AND LABEL ANY PROPOSED TRANSFORMERS AND
 OUTSIDE GREASE TRAPS ON CIVIL PLANS.
