| | THE PROPERTY OR IN THE ADJACENT RIGHT OF WAY, A TREE |
| | ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND |
| | APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT, |
| | PLANNING DIVISION. |
| | 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE |
| | RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE |
| | STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND |
| | IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION. |
| | 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE |
| | RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF |
| | WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A |
| | SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY. |
