 -PRIOR REVIEW COMMENT FOR THE PROJECT: THE FORCE MAIN
 EASEMENT IS NOT SHOWN ON THE PLAN SHEETS. PLEASE SHOW
 AND LABEL. MAR2022 RESPONSE: IT HAS BEEN REQUESTED FOR
 THE SURVEYOR TO PICK UP THE EXISTING FORCE MAIN
 EASEMENT. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED UPDATED SURVEY BACK YET
 AND WILL UPDATE OUR PLANS ONCE AVAILABLE.
 PLEASE UPDATE CIVIL PLANS TO SHOW FORCE MAIN EASEMENT.
  
 -PAGE 4 OF MINOR AMENDMENT JUSTIFICATION LETTER
 MENTIONED PARKING EASEMENTS EXHIBT A PGS 10-12. COULD
 NOT LOCATE IT IN SUBMITTAL PACKAGE. PLEASE ADD WITH
 RESUBMITTAL.
  
 -PG 6 OF MINOR AMENDMENT JUSTIFICATION LETTER SHOWS
 PROPOSED GARAGE ENTRANCE FURTHER NORTH, BUT I COULD NOT
 LOCATE PLANS THAT LOOKED SIMILAR. PLEASE INDICATE IF
 GARAGE ENTRANCE LOCATION IS CHANGING AND UPDATE EITHER
 JUSTIFICATION LETTER PICTURE OR PLANS.
  
 -WOULD NEED TO UPDATE THE OPEN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
 PROJECT WITH ANY CHANGES THAT ARE APPROVED.
  
 -PRIOR REVIEW COMMENT FOR THE PROJECT: PLAN SAYS THERE
 IS A CAFE, BUT CANNOT FIND GREASE TRAP. WHERE IS IT
 INSTALLED AT? MEP. FEB2022 RESPONSE: GREASE TRAP DESIGN
 IS BEING HANDLED BY THE GREASE TRAP TO BE LOCATED ON
 SOUTH SIDE OF BUILDING AND LINE IS TO ROUTE BACK
 THROUGH THE BUILDING TO THE TIE-IN POINT FOR THE
 SANITARY SERVICE LOCATED AT THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING NEAR GARAGE.
 PLEASE VERIFY GREASE TRAP IS STILL GOING TO BE
 INSTALLED AND INDICATE IF IT WILL BE INSIDE BUILDING OR
 ON THE OUTSIDE. IF OUTSIDE, PLEASE SHOW AND LABEL ON
 PLANS.
  
 -LP.3 DOES NOT ACCURATELY SHOW UTILITIES. PLEASE UPDATE
 LP.3 AND VERIFY NO CONFLICTS BETWEEN TREES AND
 UTILITIES.
  
 -THERE WERE TWO PRIOR ACTION ITEMS FOR THE PROJECT AS
 DESCRIBED IN BELOW COMMENTS AND RESPONSES. HAVE THEY
 BEEN COMPLETED? ALSO INDICATE IF ANY OF THE PROPOSED
 BUILDING CHANGES WOUDL CAUSE NEW ENCROACHMENTS.
  
 3. IS IT ALRIGHT FOR RETAINING WALL, SOUTHWEST CORNERS
 OF BUILDING, AND SIDEWALK TO
 BE IN 20 FOOT CANAL BUFFER AS SHOWN ON SHEET 4 AND
 SHEET 5?
 ATTACHED IS THE CANAL BUFFER SURVEY SHOWING THE
 ENCROACHMENTS AND THE LETTER
 SIGNED BY THE DECLARANT ACCEPTING THESE ENCROACHMENTS.
 DOCUMENTS ARE IN THE
 PROCESS OF BEING RECORDED.
 4. CIVIL PLANS DO NOT SHOW 20 FOOT LAKE EASEMENT THAT
 IS SHOWN ON SURVEY. PLEASE
 SHOW AND LABEL IT ON CIVIL PLANS IF STILL THERE. IS IT
 ALRIGHT FOR RETAINING WALL
 AND NORTH CORNER OF BUILDING TO BE IN THAT EASEMENT?
 THE LAKE EASEMENT AND WATER MANAGEMENT TRACT WILL BE
 REPLATTED TO SO THAT THE WALL
 AND BUILDING DO NOT ENCROACH INTO THEM.
