 - PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF THREE
 (3) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - YOU MAY RESUBMIT TO ADDRESS THE PPRC COMMENTS AT ANY
 TIME; HOWEVER, THE ALLEY ABANDONMENT APPLICATION WILL
 NOT BE REVIEWED BY THE DOWNTOWN ACTION COMMITTEE UNTIL
 FSPR 22-08, THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THIS BLOCK, IS
 READY FOR THEIR REVIEW
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THE PPRC MEETING (BY AUGUST 9, 2022),
 THE PLANNING DIVISION MAY NOTIFY THE APPLICANT THAT THE
 CASE IS CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL
 REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($400).
  
 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SIZE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-39(I)(5) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS AND THE DATE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 78-215(B) OF THE CITY CODE.
  
 1) THE PROPOSED ABANDONMENT WILL RESULT IN THE HEAD IN
 PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING LOCATED AT
 401 SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY BEING UNUSABLE (INSUFFICIENT
 BACK UP DRIVE AISLE). THIS IS REQUIRED PARKING FOR THE
 BUILDING. PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW ACCESS TO THESE PARKING
 SPACES WILL BE MAINTAINED UPON ABANDONMENT OF THE
 ALLEY.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE THE COMCAST LETTER OF NO OBJECTION.
  
 3) THE CITY WILL BE TYING THE ABANDONMENT OF THE ALLEY
 TO THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE BLOCK ON WHICH IT IS
 LOCATED. BASED ON THE ALLEY CURRENTLY BEING USED FOR
 ACCESS, GARBAGE COLLECTION AND UTILITIES, THE
 ABANDONMENT APPROVAL WILL BE SUBJECT TO A REVERTER
 CLAUSE IN THE EVENT THAT THE DEVELOPMENT APPROVED AS
 PART OF FSPR 22-08 DOES NOT MOVE FORWARD. THE FEE TO
 ACQUIRE THE ALLEY WILL BE PLACED IN ESCROW AND RETURNED
 IF THE REVERTER IS ENACTED.
  
 4) IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 94-112.B.1.C.3, PROPOSED
 DEVELOPMENTS WHICH VACATE AN ENTIRE ALLEY WITHIN A
 BLOCK SHALL PROVIDE AN OPEN SPACE EQUAL TO THE SIZE OF
 THE VACATED ALLEY AT A RATIO OF 1:1 AND SHALL MEET THE
 CRITERIA OF THE OPEN SPACE STANDARDS OF SECTION 94-109.
 THE AREA PROVIDED SHALL BE IN ADDITION TO THE MINIMUM
 OPEN SPACE REQUIREMENT DEFINED IN THE BUILDING
 REQUIREMENTS TABLES. THIS WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF
 FSPR 22-08.
