 OCTOBER 28, 2022
 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. THE SIDEWALK ELEVATION IS PROPOSED TO BE
 RAISED ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROJECT, RESULTING
 IN A STEEPER SLOPE BETWEEN THE SIDEWALK AND THE STREET
 CURB ADJACENT TO THE PARKING SPACES ALONG DIANA PLACE.
 THE 3:1 SLOPE MAY CAUSE STABILIZATION AND MAINTENANCE
 ISSUES WITH THE SOIL, MULCH AND GRASS AROUND THE TREES.
 THERE WILL BE ACCESS DIFFICULTY FOR PEOPLE TRYING TO GO
 FROM THE PARKING TO THE SIDEWALK.
  
 2. SATISFIED. SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITIES ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN INCLUDING DRAINAGE TO DEMONSTRATE THERE
 ARE NO CONFLICTS WITH THE APPROVED TREE LOCATIONS.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 10/28/22:
 3. SPACING OF THE LIVE OAK TREES ALONG SOUTH FLAGLER
 HAS BEEN CHANGED. THIS WAS NOT CLOUDED ON THE PREVIOUS
 SUBMITTAL. MAXIMUM SPACING IS 30 FEET ON CENTER FOR THE
 STREET TREES. THE PLAN APPROVED WITH THE PD REZONING
 SHOWS THE CORRECT SPACING, A WAIVER WAS NOT APPROVED TO
 VARY FROM THE REQUIREMENT. REFERENCE SHEET LG 3.1
