2022-06-06 13:21:21THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. INTERNAL STORM PIPE SHOWN UNDER THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
 OF THE BUILDING.
  
 2. SHOW ALL OF THE PROPOSED UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLANS.
  
 3. FLATTEN THE SLOPE OF THE LANDSCAPE AREA ADJACENT TO
 THE BACK OF CURB ALONG DIANA PLACE TO BE MORE WALKABLE
 FOR PEOPLE TO WALK TO AND FROM THE SIDEWALK TO THEIR
 PARKED CAR INSTEAD OF WALKING IN THE STREET TO GET TO
 THE END OF THE PARKING SPACES. REDUCE THE ELEVATION OF
 THE TOWNHOUSE LANDING AT THE TOP OF THE SIDEWALK
 CONNECTION BY ADDING/INCREASING THE NUMBER OF STEPS
 BETWEEN THE LANDING AND PATIO AND HAVING THE PATIO STEP
 DOWN FROM THE FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION OF THE
 TOWNHOUSE. FLATTEN THE CROSS SLOPE OF THE PARALLEL
 PARKING SPACES AND ADJACENT PAVEMENT FROM 2.5% TO 2.0%.
  
 4. INCREASE THE LONGITUDINAL SLOPE OF THE SIDEWALK EAST
 OF THE FIRST TOWNHOUSE CONNECTOR SIDEWALK IN ORDER TO
 BE ABLE TO FLATTEN THE CROSS SLOPE OF THE LANDSCAPE
 AREA ADJACENT TO THE BACK OF CURB ALONG DIANA PLACE.
  
 5. LABEL ALL OF THE STREETS ON SHEETS C-500, C-600,
 C-900, C-901 AND C-902.
  
 6. CAN THE SIDEWALK AREA ADJACENT TO THE CURB RAMP TO
 S. OLIVE AVENUE AT THE TRAFFIC CIRCLE BE RAISED SUCH
 THAT WATER WILL NOT FLOW FROM THE GUTTER TO THE
 SIDEWALK AREA?
  
 7. CAN THE SWALE INVERT ELEVATION BE RAISED BETWEEN THE
 STRAIGHT AND CURVED SIDEWALKS AT THE WEST END OF DIANA
 PLACE.
  
 8. VERIFY RIM ELEVATION OF 2.27 FT NAVD FOR YARD DRAIN
 BETWEEN THE STRAIGHT AND CURVED SIDEWALKS.
  
 9. ANY CONDITIONS FOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL FROM PREVIOUS
 SUBMITTALS WILL REMAIN.
