 END.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE FROM THE REVIEW OF THE
 9/23/2022 SUBMITTAL:
  
 3. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED] PROVIDE A TRENCH DRAIN ALONG
 THE WEST PROPERTY LINE TO INTERCEPT RUNOFF. ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS: LANDSCAPE AREA SHOULD BE GRADED TO STORE
 RUNOFF (SWALE SECTION). PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AND SIDEWALK
 SHOULD BE GRADED TO DRAIN TO DS-04 AND DS-05. DS-04
 SHOULD BE IN A DEPRESSION TO COLLECT THE RUNOFF FROM
 THE OPEN SPACE AREA.
  
 5. [SATISFIED] PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS FROM CENTERLINE
 OF RIGHTS OF WAY TO FACE OF BUILDING. SHOW BREAK
 POINTS, DISTANCES FROM BACK OF CURB TO PROPERTY LINE,
 FROM PROPERTY LINE TO FACE OF BUILDING, WIDTH OF
 SIDEWALK, CURB, ETC. LABEL THE RIGHT OF WAY (OKEECHOBEE
 BLVD, LAKEVIEW AVE, S. DIXIE HWY). ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
 THE CROSS SECTIONS WILL SHOW HOW THE SIDEWALK AREAS AND
 DRIVEWAY APRONS WILL BE GRADED TO MEET A.D.A. CRITERIA.
 THE CONTOURING ON THE PAVING AND GRADING PLAN APPEAR TO
 RESULT IN SIDEWALK CROSS SLOPES STEEPER THAN 2%.
  
 6. [SATISFIED] PROVIDE EXISTING SPOT GRADES ALONG EDGES
 OF PAVEMENT. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: WHERE DID THE EXISTING
 SPOT GRADES COME FROM? THEY DO NOT APPEAR ON THE
 SURVEY.
  
 7. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED] PROVIDE PROPOSED FINISHED
 FLOOR ELEVATION. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: PROVIDE THE FFE'S
 ON THE CIVIL PLANS.
  
 8. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED] PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE
 EXFILTRATION TRENCH. LABEL THE WIDTH AND ELEVATIONS OF
 THE TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE TRENCH. ADDITIONAL COMMENT:
 REQUESTED INFORMATION CAN BE PROVIDED WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 9. [NOT SATISFIED] PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR THE CONTROL
 STRUCTURE. THE CITY DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF BLEEDERS
 WITH EXFILTRATION TRENCH SYSTEMS. ADDITIONAL COMMENT:
 CONTROL STRUCTURE DETAIL CAN BE PROVIDED WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 10. [SATISFIED] MINIMUM DIAMETER OF STORM PIPE TO BE
 INSTALLED IN THE RIGHT OF WAY IS 15 INCH RCP.
 ADDITIONAL COMMENT: PVC PIPE FROM DS-04 SHOULD BE RCP.

 ON S. DIXIE HWY AND ONE SECTION OF DROP CURB ON
 OKEECHOBEE BLVD WITH TYPE F C&G. LABEL ALL NEW C & G ON
 THE PAVING AND GRADING PLAN.

 PAVING AND GRADING PLAN THE SPOT GRADE SYMBOLS AND
 CONTOUR LINE SYMBOL. USE A DIFFERENT SYMBOL FOR
 EXISTING SPOT GRADES. ADDITIONAL COMMENT: SAME SYMBOLS
 WERE USED FOR PROPOSED AND EXISTING SPOT GRADES.
  
 14. [SATISFIED] SHOW AND LABEL THE DRAINAGE CONTROL
 STRUCTURE.
  
 15. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED] INDICATE HOW WATER QUALITY
 TREATMENT WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE RUNOFF FROM THE
 NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SITE (DRAINING TO DS-04 AND

 16. [SATISFIED] ENSURE THERE IS ADEQUATE VERTICAL
 CLEARANCE WITHIN THE BUILDING TO BE ABLE TO SERVICE THE
 EXFILTRATION TRENCHES AND DRAINAGE STRUCTURES AND TO BE
 ABLE TO REPLACE THE EXFILTRATION TRENCHES WHEN THEY ARE
 NO LONGER FUNCTIONING AS INTENDED.

 DEVELOPMENT DRAINAGE SYSTEMS IN LIEU OR IN ADDITION TO

 HAVING A DEPRESSED AREA FOR STORING STORMWATER RUNOFF
 TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF RUNOFF FLOWING TO THE STREET.
