2022-07-08 10:48:271. THE ART PROVIDED WITHIN THE FOOTPRINT OF THE
 BUILDING DOES NOT MEET THE LOCATION REQUIREMENT OF THE
 PUBLIC ART ORDINANCE.
 2. RENDERINGS SHOW AN ART FEATURE ON THE CORNER OF
 DIXIE AND LAKEVIEW; HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT CONSISTENT
 WITH THE SITE PLAN THAT DEMONSTRATES A PLANTER.
 3. IF OPTION 1 ART ON SITE IS BEING CONSIDERED, THEN
 THE PLACEMENT OF THE ART MUST MEET THE LOCATION
 REQUIREMENT FURTHER, RENDERING AND SITE PLAN MUST BE
 CONSISTENT.
 4. THE DECORATIVE GOLD LEAF ON THE WALL AT THE CORNER
 OF LAKEVIEW AND DIXIE NEEDS TO BE IDENTIFIED AS IT
 APPEARS TO BE A DECORATIVE PIECE AND IN ITS CURRENT
 ITERATION NOT MEET THE PUBLIC ART REQUIREMENT.
 5. IF THE ART CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED TO MEET THE PUBLIC
 ART CRITERIA AND REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN THE
 ORDINANCE THE DEVELOPER HAS THE OPTION TO CONTRIBUTE TO
 THE PUBLIC ART ACCOUNT AT .75% (-25%) OF THE 1% TOTAL
 CONSTRUCTION COSTS.
 6. CONTACT SYBILLE WELTER [email protected] FOR AN ART
 ASSESSMENT APPLICATION, WHICH NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED TO
 COMPLETE SITE APPROVAL PROCESS.
 7. AT THE TIME OF BUILDING PERMIT FEES, THE EVIDENCE OF
 ESCROW IF CHOOSEN OPTION 1 OR THE CONTRIBUTION INTO THE
