 EASTERN BUILDING WALLS AND EXISTING BUILDING WALLS OF
 801 S. OLIVE?

 INGRESS EGRESS EASEMENTS? IF THEY ARE REMAINING, VERIFY

 ENGINEERING PLAN. WHERE WILL THEY BE LOCATED?

 -SHOW EXISTING UTILITIES AND LABEL WHAT IS HAPPENING TO
 THEM.
  
 -VERIFY EXISTING SEWER MAIN SIZING IS SUFFICIENT.
  
 -WPB GIS SAYS SOME EXISTING SEWER MAINS IN AREA ARE
 OLDER. APPLICANT MAY BE REQUIRED TO IMPROVE THEM AS

 INCLUDING SIDEWALK EASEMENTS AND UTILITY EASEMENTS.
  
 -JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT STATED: HOWEVER, THE INTERIOR
 CEILING AND EXTERIOR PILASTERS CURRENTLY A PART OF THE
 BUILDING AT 320 LAKEVIEW WILL BE PRESERVED AND REUSED
 IN THE DESIGN OF THE GROUND FLOOR COMMERCIAL SPACE AS
 DISCUSSED WITH FRIEDERIKE MITTNER, CITY HISTORIC
 PRESERVATION PLANNER. PLEASE ADD THAT NOTE TO
 DEMOLITION PLAN AND SHOW WHERE THOSE ARE LOCATED.
  
 -ENSURE THAT THE CIVIL PLANS, LANDSCAPING PLANS, AND
 ARCHITECTURE PLANS MATCH WITH REGARDS TO GENERAL DESIGN
 LAYOUT. THE HARDSCAPE AND LANDSCAPE AREAS NEAR THE
 PROPERTY LINES SEEM DIFFERENT.
